We have owned our home in Marbella for 26 years and Mike is not always the first person I call...I usually call whoever is advertising $79 on the radio. They send out some incompetent newbie who usually quotes in the $1000s. Then I call Capo Plumbing and usually get the job done for under a couple $100s. We even had a slab leak that we were quoted over $20,000 Mike did it for a couple thousand. Saves us not only time but money. Couldn't recommend anyone hire!

Last week I had another local company come out to fix a leak. Instead of sending a plumber, they sent an inspector who wasted an hour of my time telling me the thousands of $$ of work they could do for me! WHA???? I asked for a price to fix my leak and he said $900.00!! I showed him the door and searched Yelp (which I should have done first)!
Found Capistrano Plumbing with all high ratings...Lisa is very nice and Mike was great.
He fixed my leak in under an hour, and replaced all the old 1970's plumbing under my sink. May I add it was all for UNDER 22% of the first bid!! I highly recommend them!

I had a plumbing problem today and needed the help of a plumber. I called Capistrano Plumbing to request service. I spoke to Lisa Marie. She was very cordial and set me up for an appointment. Mike arrived at the scheduled time and took care of the problem in a short period of time. Mike and Lisa Marie were both very friendly. Prices were very fair. I would recommend Capistrano Plumbing to anyone in the need of plumbing services.

Mike was awesome. He showed up day after Xmas to find a leak in the wall. He was magic! Found the problem really fast with very little mess and then fixed a pinhole leak. He even replaced a couple of plumbing parts in a bathroom for us. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Finally my sink works and doesn't drip. New faucet is a pleasure compared to the old corroded one.

I was worried that it would cost too much to fix both the bathroom and kitchen sink. He looked at it and the bathroom was a big job but the kitchen wasn't. Both were repaired
and took one and one-half hours total. Looks really good. Everything works.

Would recommend. Honest work.

If you want a competent, honest plumber you can't get better than Capistrano Plumbing. This family business goes way back to when San Juan was a quaint little town. These small businesses, (including DeNault's etc.) were able to stay around for so long because their word actually meant something. This business is a treasure for their community, but you also get a great job for a good price.
