Jim is really knowledgeable in plumbing guy. He is very polite, pleasure to have a deal with. He does not charge extra for late evening or weekend hours. His prices are very reasonable. You can find cheaper guys, and you can find more expensive guys. But I always go with quality for a reasonable price. You definitely will be satisfied with Jim's service. He thinks not only about current problem but about future maintenance. For instance, he could just cut PVC pipe under my kitchen sink, clean the clog and put coupling. But he put Y-shaped pipe with unscrewing lid to put snake into. Maybe it costed couple of bucks more in the parts, but in the future plumber does not have to cut the pipe to put a snake - just unscrew the lid. I highly recommend Jim.

I called James on Sunday when i found out that my house gas line was leaking. James came to my house and told me that i need to change my gas line for the whole house because it was leaking from multiple spots. He gave a great deal and along with that he completed the job within one day. James is very helpful and very reasonable person. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I called James on Friday night when my son put a toy in the toilet and flushed it....OMG, I was in a panic! James came out the next morning with a smile on his face. He unclogged the toilet and didn't over charge for the emergency!!! If I ever need a plumber again I will definately call Capelli Plumbing again. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have a upstair bathroom shower clogging problem, I don't know whether it is only upstair or the cleanout is clogg. (maybe whole house is clog).
I have been search yelp for a good plumber . Found Capelli and I call this morning(today is weekday).
James answer the phone and call me right back, and send David to my house.
David is very on time on the time-frame that they give me.
David nail the problem immediately and fix the upstair shower for me very fast.
And then I have a loose faucet (in kitchen), David help me to tighten it for free.
Very very honest people. Also they told me to buy a screen (small round thing) to catch my hair. And then David left and he come back to my house and said he found a ""screen"" in his truck and he consult with his boss to give it to me for ""free"".
If I ever have problem will call them again, and very very highly recommend to any one has plumbing problem.

i was having a problem with my sewer for a couple of weeks so i called other places to get the problem diagnosed and a repair price... after getting multiple estimates for several thousand dollars one of my friends referred james, he came out, figured out what was wrong and fixed it all for less than half of what the others were saying it would be, on top of all that, he was very polite to me and my family.

Update for 2014:

We had a leaky toilet, something that James had fixed before (wax ring replacement) and he had done a great job. This time two new guys came over and fixed the toilet but left it wobbly, charged a lot for the shoddy work, and were rude, whereas James was a perfect gentlemen. It was a weird experience.

Looking at recent reviews, it seems that maybe Capelli Plumbing had a big change in how they operate in the last year. New management perhaps? It is absolutely not the five-star service it once was, and that's a shame because we really loved James and his perfect track record of solid, reliable work.

Old review in 2011:

James came over to check out a leaky bathtub and clear a clogged drain. He had a lot of good advice, worked quickly, and gave a modest estimate for the leak repair. A few weeks later we went ahead and got the leak fixed for the exact same estimate that was quoted -- no hidden costs.

James and his assistant had to cut through the ceiling to get under the second-floor bathtub, clean out the mold, and fix the pipes. Sounds like difficult work, but they did this with no mess in just a few hours. Likewise he did a great job patching up the ceiling after the interior had been sufficiently dried out. Since then, there's been no leaks, no mold, and everything works (and looks) great.

It can be hard to find an honest plumber, but James is the real deal. He's a very nice guy and didn't mind answering all our questions, plus there was no pressure on the getting the bigger repair done soon. So we're definitely satisfied with both jobs, and highly recommend Capelli Plumbing.

Called James on a whim hoping to save some money by having a private company fix my dilemma. James came out, assessed the problem & was prompt to schedule the work to be done. Price was absolutely reasonable. Didn't have to think twice about having him do the work. James knows what he's talking about. The rooter companies were ready to rape me with their quotes. He's very honest & friendly. Assessed the problem & fixed the problem. Will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs!
