I'm a tenant who called the homeowners property managment company to inform them of a leaky sink. When in a day or two, the managment company contacted me to say a plumber would be coming to have a look. The next day James and his coworker Roy arrived on time, identified the problem, and said they were going to have to replace the facet and have it fixed the next morning. They both arrived earlier than expected, which was no problem for me, and fixed it within an hour. I'm a happy camper and glad to see my landlord has gone through a reputable company. I'd definitely recommend Capelli Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Yeah, I think there done. Called , and talked to owner about doing a job. Was set to come over. He never showed up, Tried to call. His phone was turned off, no call, no show. Have not heard from him ,

I don't think that they're in business anymore. I've left several voice and email messages over the last few weeks and haven't heard back yet once. A decent sized job too! Too bad, since the people that did get through to them seem real pleased.

During the home inspection before we closed on our new home, the home inspector mentioned that the laundry hookups were suspect and we should hire a licensed plumber to come take a look.

We called several plumbers and James at Capelli Plumbing was the most responsive and most professional of all of the individuals I spoke with. He came out to take a look and quickly identified what work needed to be done. We also discussed gas versus electric dryers and he highly recommended gas. So we decided to also have him run a gas line to the laundry room in addition to fixing the washer hookups and washer drain.

He came out early on a Saturday to do the work. It took him and his helper about 2 hours to make all the repairs and run the gas line. When it came time to hook up the dryer . . . he informed me that Lowe's had actually delivered an electric dryer . . . which was obviously not the gas dryer I ordered. Oops.

I called Lowe's to sort out the issue and James offered to come back to hook up the gas dryer once Lowe's swapped the appliance.

He stopped by the following Monday and hooked up the gas dryer in under 5 minutes.

Super awesome service. We definitely plan to call Capelli Plumbing again when we need any additional plumbing work done.

I had a rusted out leaking junction in my main water pipe. I did my due diligence and got a couple bids. James's bid was less than half the other bid which was made by a fairly well known company. I admit I was a little suspicious that there was such a difference in bids; however, I now a total believer! The work was done efficiently, quickly, and without gouging my financially. James was very reliable, said he would be here at a certain time and was, knowledgeable and thorough. The fact he is a small business and offers military discounts to support our men and women of the forces doesn't hurt either. I absolutely recommend this company and will use James for all my plumbing needs in the future. Great service and great prices!

We were in frantic mode on a Sunday as our toilet and tub were backed up. We called multiple companies in our area and most didn't pick up or were just plain crazy when they were setting their prices. Thank goodness we found Capelli Plumbing. They were responsive and flexible. Adam came to our rescue and he fixed our problem and at a very competitive rate. They are also ACTUALLY honest! not like those that you see on 7 on your side or KTVU's special report or anything like that.. they'll tell you exactly what's the problem, fix it, and how to maintain it. that to me, is superior service. Jim is really knowledgeable in plumbing guy. He is very polite, pleasure to have a deal with. He does not charge extra for late evening or weekend hours. His prices are very reasonable. You can find cheaper guys, and you can find more expensive guys. But I always go with quality for a reasonable price. You definitely will be satisfied with Jim's service. He thinks not only about current problem but about future maintenance. For instance, he could just cut PVC pipe under my kitchen sink, clean the clog and put coupling. But he put Y-shaped pipe with unscrewing lid to put snake into. Maybe it costed couple of bucks more in the parts, but in the future plumber does not have to cut the pipe to put a snake - just unscrew the lid. I highly recommend Jim.
