My journey in plumbing started in 1991. Initially, I worked as an irrigation technician for golf courses, before moving into propane gas services. In 1997, I shifted to full-service plumbing, quickly advancing to team leader, field supervisor, and eventually manager. I have overseen plumbing services in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
Upon opening my own shop, I sought to avoid the impersonal nature of bigger firms. You reach me directly when you need a plumber. I intend to keep it that way. Being local, I go to a nearby church, my kids are in local schools, and I engage with the community.
I see it as a benefit to answer my own calls. This ensures clear communication. I don’t have a sales team making promises that can’t be kept. My name is Chris Horton. I own this company. I am fully licensed, bonded, and insured. In other words, I am a master plumber. I have expertise in all plumbing phases, though I primarily focus on service and repair. I possess strong problem-solving abilities. I hold a degree in systems science and policy from Cal State Monterey.
My years in service and repair have equipped me to diagnose plumbing issues accurately. I emphasize economical approaches. I have a wide range of diagnostic tools, including top-notch leak detection gear, sewer cameras, line locators, and power tools. While remodeling golf courses, I learned to operate trenching equipment, skid loaders, dozers, and excavators. As a gas service technician, I acquired more knowledge about gas lines than most plumbers typically do. I have leveraged this experience to assist numerous customers by selecting the right tools and equipment for their needs
