I entered the plumbing field in 1991. Initially, I worked as an irrigation technician for golf courses, and later became a propane gas technician. In 1997, I shifted to full-service plumbing, quickly advancing to team leader, field supervisor, and eventually manager. I have led plumbing operations in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside Counties.
When I established my own business, I wanted to foster a personal touch that larger companies often lack. You reach me directly when you need a plumber. I intend to keep it that way. I live locally, attend a local church, my kids are in local schools, and I am involved in the community.
I see it as a benefit to answer my own calls. This way, there’s no miscommunication. I don’t have a sales team making promises that can’t be kept. I offer transparent, pre-printed pricing, ensuring fairness for everyone I serve. These principles are lessons I’ve learned from managing other companies. I’m Chris Horton. I am the sole owner of this business. I hold all necessary licenses, bonds, and insurance. This means I am a master plumber. I have expertise in all plumbing phases, though I primarily focus on service and repair. I possess strong problem-solving abilities. I earned a degree in systems science and policy from Cal State Monterey.
With many years of service and repair experience, I know how to identify plumbing issues. I emphasize economical approaches. I utilize an excellent array of diagnostic equipment, featuring advanced leak detection tools, sewer cameras, line locators, and power equipment. While remodeling golf courses, I learned to operate trenching equipment, skid loaders, dozers, and excavators. As a gas service technician, I acquired more knowledge about gas lines than most plumbers typically do. I apply this expertise to aid countless customers in choosing the right equipment and tools for their plumbing tasks!
