I walk going down the aisle looking for garden supple, I felt a stare behind me as each aisle I was in, then I turned my head really quick I see a blonde employee standing there as she see me she pretends to fix a shelf. Then I go down look through some items that near the Yeti mug, she standing there watching me like a guard dog and having a conversation with other employee as she is looking in my direction. I felt so violated and like I was criminal, the most uncomfortable feeling when shopping. Don't know if I want to shop there again.

Always find what I need here, beats going to Home Depot except for lumber!! Their charcoal selection is also, great.

The guy here was very helpful. Came in to get a part for my water line and helped me get the appropriate part. Sometimes it's hit or miss but most Ace's, this one included has great customer service ! They may be a little pricier than Home Depot or Lowe's but you'll get the help you need

A plumber with me to look for a shower Pressure Balance Cartridge, it is a old model, we could not find it online and other two stores, and ACE. But ACE is very friendly to recommend us to Plumbing Wholesale Outlet Inc. We find the last one there. Thank you so much! And my plumber told me he likes to go to ACR hardware, because he often finds a lot of good products there.

HORRIBLE customer service! Brittany was the cashier and was rude and not helpful in the least . The product I purchased did not work and she could not get it to work either. I asked to exchange it and she did not have the authority and advised me to come back when a manager was working or call corporate. It's 5:30 on a Friday and no manager until Monday. What is the use of the ""Ace promise"" if employees direct you to call corporate!!

Canning Ace Hardware is fabulous! Our shower handle broke off tonight and I had to go in to get some parts for a repair. DJ was super friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly helpful! Not only did he take the time to take apart the broken valve I brought in but he then found me the pieces needed to complete the repair at home and allowed me to record him demonstrating how to install the new valve. I appreciate his patience and his time. He went above and beyond. These types of experiences is why I always choose Cannings over Home Depot.

Went in to Cannings this morning looking for seats and seals for an old leaky shower. Chris asked if he could help us find what we needed. We found the seals but not the seats. He gladly offered to source the seats for us. It's a rare thing these days to get one on one service by somebody who knows what they are talking about. And he did it with a smile!!
