The La Habra, CA store has excellent customer service! My go to store! Also, I avoid lowes and home de pit because of their anti-DEI policies. I'm shifting to buying local and with businesses that support DEI policies.

First time visit, looking for a hard to find item. DJ was really outstanding in his assistance to me. He is patient, knowledgeable and precise. I would absolutely come back for help. I'm tired of wasting my time going to big box stores with no help at all.

Ordered a Weber BBQ grill as a Christmas present for my wife on 12/18 since the website said it will delivered by 12/21.

The 21st came, got a call from one of the employees that the package was delayed and he ensured me that it will be delivered before Christmas on the 23rd.

What do ya know, 23rd comes and they say that package has still not come in and that it's in some facility in Anaheim. At this point, I've lost all faith that they can keep their delivery date. Asked if they can go to the facility to pick it up, no they can't do that for some reason. Ridiculous.

Tried speaking to the manager to see if there was any sort of compensation or gift card they can offer. Nope, they couldn't offer anything but a sorry.

Way to ruin Christmas for me and my wife Cannings Ace Hardware.

Really unhelpful, unorganized, and there's even flies. It honestly seemed like the employees didn't know where they were. We went in for one thing and it was in stock on the website but employees stated they don't keep track of inventory so website does not correlate with actual stocked items don't waste your time just go to the one in Fullerton.

This was our Ace hardware store to go to. Not anymore. Maybe I should have looked at their 3.6 rating. I ordered four nozzles online for in-store pickup. the order was $116.00. The order went through and Ace Channing Hardware acknowledged they received my order. Then my order was canceled because their online ordering process is not linked to their inventory and they only had two not four. What a terrible system and the wrong way to do business. They lost my business forever.

I walk going down the aisle looking for garden supple, I felt a stare behind me as each aisle I was in, then I turned my head really quick I see a blonde employee standing there as she see me she pretends to fix a shelf. Then I go down look through some items that near the Yeti mug, she standing there watching me like a guard dog and having a conversation with other employee as she is looking in my direction. I felt so violated and like I was criminal, the most uncomfortable feeling when shopping. Don't know if I want to shop there again.

Always find what I need here, beats going to Home Depot except for lumber!! Their charcoal selection is also, great.

The guy here was very helpful. Came in to get a part for my water line and helped me get the appropriate part. Sometimes it's hit or miss but most Ace's, this one included has great customer service ! They may be a little pricier than Home Depot or Lowe's but you'll get the help you need
