A warm, friendly, money extortion machine. They have all the tech, customer service, and advertising prowess, to make you feel good paying them $600 for a free warranty part install amd 1 hour of labor. They are the """"new car buying"""" experience when you get your final out the door price, with a lot bigger price than what was on the window, and very little explanation other than """"cost of doing business"""" Not calling them back.

The technician came out for a check-up because the system was not properly cooling. He never even checked the coils. I checked them the next day and found them to be packed full. I left two stars because he did identify a leak in the plenum. I emailed and called multiple times and was told to expect a call from the service manager. It never happened.

Canady's sent some amazing technicians out to give us a quote. While most companies would give free quote, Canady would charge you a fee for that. The technicians are young yet seem to be capable and knowledgeable. They were very friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. I would choose them for any work any day. However, when it comes to pricing Canady's offered a ridiculous quotes 2,5x higher than average market cost. And that was already after a big fat discount they offered. My recommendation for the company is that they need to be more competitive with the market and offer lower or on par with the market. And should offer free quotes so people can have options to choose. Nothing wrong with offering options. If you are a customer, research what cost it would be for your need before calling any inspection or quotes. I personally would chose Canady's service if their price is a little more ethical.

We spent over $6,000 with Canady's to replace our entire heating and air system in December of 2020. Since then we have had to call them out 4 separate times for issues related with the install and system. The technicians are always helpful and courteous but the rest of our experience with the company has been a disaster. We have been sent texts saying a technician is coming and then no one shows up. We called one evening around 7:30 and were told 'it's too close to closing time, you'll have to call back tomorrow'. They're in a hurry to get your business and money but once you start having problems, good luck getting that same level of customer support. It's too late at this point but if we had to do it again we definitely would not have gone with Canady's.

For plumbing, I couldn't be happier with their work, unless it was free. In other words, they did a fantastic job removing the old stuff and replacing it specialized parts I supplied for that extra nice look. Justin was punctual, professional and polite. He gave me a quote before he did any work and was true to his word. He also gave me a quote for future work, which we will need when we start an addition to our house.

Please do not do business with this company. Canady's does not conduct quality work/annual inspections, nor and do they stand by their inspections. Canady's conducted an inspection of my home in January. In May my HVAC started leaking water through the soffit in my roof. The installer of my system Geralds, in 2020, informed me that tray designed to catch overflow water was not level which caused water to leak through the roof soffits. Geralds said they would not repair the system as Canady's had performed an inspection in January, 2021 and did not identify that problem. Canady's refused to fix the problem citing that it was an install problem. We the customers are the ones that suffer the loss. Save yourself some frustration and get a company that can not only resolve and identify issues but take responsibility for their work. Canady's is not that company!

Daniel and Kevin found our plumbing leak in the kitchen floor and made the necessary repairs. They use sophisticated equipment Both men work well together, are polite, friendly, and represent Canady's extremely well. Bill Atkinson

We have had a HORRIBLE experience with Canady's Heating and Air. They installed our a/c unit incorrectly which caused extensive damage to our home. They refused to take ownership of the errors and wanted to charge us for the repairs. We have multiple documents to support this if anyone would like to review them. Even the owner of the company denied any wrong doing even after he was provided documentation of the errors that were made by his employees.

My thermostat seems to have a life of its own... Never set it to auto, but this very early morning It decided that the house should be at 67 degrees. Called Canady, with whom I have been a customer since 1998... Noel, was here in a short time, after first,a walk through conversation with a tech explaining the problem. What an efficient approach to help the consumer and the technical. Thank you.

OVERPRICED AND DISHONEST! I have always stuck to the """"you pay what you get for"""" mantra, but this time...it was completely off! The first technician Canady's sent over was rather sassy, intent on using hi-tech terminoligy to explain his """"recommendations"""" and getting frustrated when I would ask for thorough explanations. He cleaned out some drains and said the biggest problem was with water filling up in the pan. He was also very pushy on trying to sell me the Gold Club Annual Maintenance for an extra $64.00 which he claimed would give me """"discounts on future service"""" and """"priority status when I call"""". Mind you, this is PER UNIT, not for the whole house. I paid the $138. for diagnostic and agreed to a return trip to execute repairs, for another $843.67. This was done 2 days later. By May 10th, the unit was once not functioning. We called and this time, got a wonderful technician who came out on Sunday, once again vacuumed the water out of the pan and got it working. It stopped functioning again on Monday. We called CANADY'S to come back and check it and never received a call back. (So much for priority service!) I called SPEEDY AIR and Adam came out, assessed the problem, gave us an estimate for the repair and even offered a quick solution: purchase a little wet vac to drain water out of the pan every 2-3 days until he comes back out to fix it. Sadly, I am out $981.67 and a member of a useless Gold Club with a company that I will never use again or recommend to anybody.
