Recommended Customer Reviews

I have been with Canady's for more than 3 years. They have always given the best service and Willie P is one of their best technicians. He is professional, courteous, and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I would recommend Canady's to everyone.

Canady's Precision Air Conditioning and Heating did a good job following up with me before they got here to do the work. The technicians was helpful and explained my A/C issues clearly. They had the parts on hand in the truck to fix my unit. Very good team of people that work well together. I like that...

Canady's is a great company to work with. Willie was prompt and friendly, greeting us at the door with a handshake. He was efficient and addressed a potential problem that kept him later than I think he expected, but was pleasant and helpful. I hope to see him again in 6 months for the next routine service. He is a great asset to the company. Canady's always calls to let us know the technician was on the way. Great company!

Daniel was very thorough doing the Summer check-up for our two systems. He explained the parts that would need to be fixed within 6 months. His notes were very detailed. He did not pressure me into fixing anything while he was here. I was very happy with the service from Canady's.

Very happy with the installation of my new system. It was a hot day and the attic (where the air handler is) was a sauna. The guys stayed polite and professional. Started and finished on time with no issues...just the way you want it. Thanks!!

This company are not interesting fixing problems. More to big money replace new one. I wasted $89 technician to come out and saying BS!!

Dishonest and overcharges repair jobs. I purchased from Canady's a Trane unit 5 years ago I just made my final payment and my 5 year warranty expired two weeks ago. My unit went down and I called them to check it out. Tech was ok and professional, but I believe he was not as thorough enough with inspection and trouble shooting ( It was a Saturday). He stated I needed an EEV ( Electronic Expansion Valve) and he didn't think Trane was going to cover it. Got call two days later (I'm still w/o AC) stating that Trane will not honor warranty and it will cost me $1700 to replace the valve. It would also take three days to get the part in. Ah..... no. I called 4 other places recommended by Friends, I explained my situation and all four called Trane and discovered that that part is under the 10 year warranty and that they WILL honor it!!! Two of the companies offered to inspect my unit and deduct the cost of the visit from the repair bill (Didn't get that offer from Canady's), when I told them the Quote I received, they choked. That it should be closer to $1000 and parts included. IF recommended repairs are required. I don't trust Canady's assessment. So, stay away!!! UPDATE: I contacted another HVAC company recommended by friends (Seaside Air, Matt Klein) he showed up within hours. Checked the unit. Reset the control circuit card, stayed two hours monitoring the unit and it's running just fine. Last night was the first night in the last five that we slept well. It cost me $75. NOT $1700 !!!!!!!!!! Once again, STAY AWAY FROM CANADY's and their dishonest (or incompetent) ways. UPDATE Part 2: It's been a week since I had my system reset by Seaside Air, unit is running just fine. I had Matt Klein do an annual HVAC maintenance check Friday( Much better pricing than Canady's). He found the lower duct of my unit (Canady installed) had fallen apart and that I have been breathing in unfiltered air for a long time. He went ahead and repaired it on the spot. I told him how my unit started leaking water last year, flooded and damaged the floor (Wood panels) in my office, I always thought it was my fault because I let the drain get clogged up. Well...... I found out, through Matt, That this unit has a safety valve that shuts down the unit if the drain gets plug up and fills up with water. So he tested the float valve and discovered THAT IS WAS IMPROPERLY WIRED DURING INSTALLATION!!! (Canady again) so my flooding episode could have been avoided. He went ahead and rewired it correctly at no cost. If you want your HVAC unit repaired and maintained properly and at a very fair price, I strongly recommend Matt Klein ( Seaside Air) 912-657-5422

Called multiple times to set up industrial air conditioning quote around August. Owner never returned calls or messages.

We were in a bind and called Canady's last summer. They were over to our home within a few hours. Great customer service and the charge was super reasonable.

Brandon was professional and friendly. I appreciated the phone call letting me know he was on his way beforehand and the tip on which filter to buy in the future.
