Can Do Crew under Doug is not at all the same company as On Time Home Services. His leadership has resulted in a vastly superior experience with top-notch staffing. I am happy I gave them another chance and very grateful to Doug for doing his best to make right the mistakes from his predecessor. I'm looking forward to continued engagement with Can Do Crew!

It's about time to do an update. After my last review from the issues I had with OnTime Plumbing & AC's install job of my two AC units and tankless water heater, Doug from Can Do replied. Separately I had another interaction with one of his plumbers who reiterated that the ownership had changed and Doug was nothing like the previous owner and I should give them another shot.

I spoke to Doug who promised to make it right and got us on their maintenance plan. I called on Monday to schedule some of the service that we were overdue for and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Today, both an AC guy (Randy) and plumber (Marcos) came out to replace my AC filters and flush my tankless water heater.

Both showed up on time and were professional and very helpful. I was really impressed with the thoroughness of Marcos. In addition to flushing my water heater, he checked every faucet and spigot on the property to help spot any issues early. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and proactively provided information on what I should look out for as my home ages.

Randy was also really helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to secure the right-sized filters for my home. Including calling to give me a timing update when this search took longer than expected.

What I can say so far is that the experience with Can Do Crew and the folks under Doug's new leadership are a breath of fresh air from my experiences with On Time Home Services under the previous owner.

So far, I am happy I was able to speak with Doug and experience his improved team. I'm looking forward to future experiences with his group and will, of course, provide update as we move forward and I have additional opportunities to work with Can Do Crew.

Don was the technician that came to my house today. He was professional and prompt. He was knowledgeable and relentless in repairing my a/c unit. It was a pleasure having him serve me. He needed a part and had to leave to order it and promised he'd be back the following day. To my surprise, he showed up and completed the job within the hour. He went back on the roof and knocked on my door and had completed the job within minutes. This folks, is awesome service! Don was on my roof during this Bakersfield heat wave at 112 degrees! He was friendly and it felt like I was speaking with a friend. He explained everything to me and he was adamant about servicing for my future protection. I joined their membership and won't ever bother with those home warranty companies again. This is superior service and my go to from this point on!

Used Can Do again this time for plumbing and I have nothing but all good to say! They called before arrival and actually arrived early. They did a great job and only needed to rebuild the insides flushing parts for the toilet.

This company really knows how to treat their customers. They were able to come out same day and identified the issue as quick as possible. My AC had more complications that required them to return and they came back until it was fixed. I had babies in the home and they really did take that into consideration. They were just as worried as me. Their quality control and their interpersonal interactions with Samantha and Irma at the phone line was phenomenal. I was helped by a tech named Don who was very kind, communicated effectively, and let me know exactly what the issues were. Very hard to find good AC guys in Bakersfield who aren't charging an arm and a leg. These guys gave a fair price and quality service! I'm very satisfied-- so much so I took the time to write this well deserved review. Thank you!

I have always had difficulty finding good quality contractors to get some of the few things done around the house that I don't have the desire or the expertise to complete. The can do crew is just that. If you're looking for a company that simply does a good job, this is the place for you.

Jesse and Jose were just here relocating some of the ducting/vents in my kitchen to help compete the remodel we are doing. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. And, they were done within a few hours, which included having to make a trip to get additional parts. They came in at the quoted price and the work looks spectacular. I'll be having them back once it cools off to replace some of the old leaky ductwork in my downstairs. Glad to have found a company with competent workers who aren't trying to gouge their customers.

Easy to make an appointment. They came out the next day at 8am. On time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They did maintenance on 4 AC units and 2 evaporative coolers. They did a great job and I then asked for some quotes to replace an AC unit and two evaporative coolers. I expected to hear back in a day or so, but they emailed the quotes to me about an hour later! Really excellent service. Great experience and I highly recommend CanDo Crew. 5 stars all round. Thanks to Jesse, Jorge and Jorge.
