(Update) Although, communication was professional and my reschedule was done in a timely manner. Nobody showed up to my confirmed rescheduled appointment. I understand that things come up on the business side of things but an updated phone call or request for reschedule from the company would have been much appreciated. I am sure this does not happen too often per other reviews.

If anyone has any recommendations on HVAC summer maintenance. Please let me know.

Jason came out to diagnose what we thought was a bathtub leak. He was extremely helpful and honest. If this was anyone else trying to make money, he would have told me I needed to rip up the wall and do some repairing. He confirmed there is no active leak and could be repaired with new caulking. Thank you Can Do Crew! I appreciate your honest work. Will definitely keep you guy in mind for any plumbing issues that may occur in the future!

The team at On Time was phenomenal. I found them when they responded to a request for quote on Yelp and they sent a tech out to assess the situation in my sons house in a few hours from our first conversation. He had a water heater and valve that needed to be replaced and severe water damage in the garage. They gave me a very fair price to handle it all and the job was done in a very timely manner. I really enjoyed receiving the text updates and the photos of my techs so I knew who to be expecting at all times. Their team was professional and courteous and did a great job. I'm so happy that we chose On Time for this job and I would recommend them anytime. It's never fun to have plumbing issues but they made the process so smooth!

I initially requested a price review on Yelp and the owner Douglas responded to me quickly. He then quoted me a fair price and I proceeded to schedule the appointment for the next day first thing in the morning. Day of appointment Jason showed up early and ready to work. He was professional and came in and assessed the issue with my shower knob quickly and got right to work. He was done within 30 minutes and problem was solved. Jason also provided me with tips for the future to prepare for any more issues with the rest of my knobs in the home. I was very pleased and appreciative with the quality of work, price, and rapid response to my issue. I HIGHLY recommend On-Time for any household issues you may have in the future. Thank you very much Douglas and Jason. I will definitely be using you guys in the future.

A while back, I would say about a month or so ago I had issues with the plumbing in my mothers Casita . Seems that she was getting a bit of dirt in her plumbing and we couldn't figure out what it was now I have had two different plumbers come to my place and tell me that I actually need sand filters. This is what they quoted me. This is what they told me and as far as I knew that's what it was.
Then of course I called this establishment they come in and they check it out and they go well. The sand is only coming in when you turn on the hot water first thing they wanted to do was check my water heater come to find out my water heater is a dinosaur , it's probably been here since the dawn of time they recognize that and they said not only that it looks like they did some things wrong when they installed it which would give me a reason to have dirt in my pipes. It seems they rerouted stuff wrong when they put it in the first time cause it's not like anybody use the Casita before my mom actually lived in it. They probably used only the toilet area but they didn't use the sink areas or the shower.
I sent him a message. He got back to me as soon as possible. He came and looked at the problem. Didn't quote me anything until he knew exactly what was wrong didn't charge me for anything until he knew what was the cost and he got back to me promptly promise that he'd come out and fix any issues that I got was reasonable and fix it within a day . Now how many honest businessman do you know that are willing to do that and not charge you $75 just to come out and look at it or $150 on the weekend to look at it. I honestly ask you how many?
So if anybody says, do you recommend this man and his team to come over to your place and find out what's wrong with your plumbing? I would say absolutely not only did he fix my water heater but a couple of doors down on my neighbors he said he just got through replacing his and he said pretty much everybody on the streets going to have to have it replaced sooner or later , and if any of my neighbors need it replaced I know exactly who I'm gonna recommend do it give them a chance always go for people who have free quotes don't go for the ones they're gonna cost you because those are the ones that are costing you extra when they don't have to make sure they have a solution to your problem, or at least guarantee that they will find out what exactly is wrong and what exactly it's going to cost you. I am extremely happy with the customer service and the amount of time it took to finish the job which was a total of two days one day to inspect it the next day to get it done and he took payment a few days later, which was nice because he seem to be very busy and why wouldn't he be busy when you got good customer service like that?

I don't know that I've ever had the HVAC stuff at my home checked out. Some rooms get more heat while some get less and one room for only a trickle of air coming through. We thought it might be good to call the pros and have them clean out vents. The service was a bit pricey but well worth it and great overall! The process was fast, clean and safe as I had kids in the house. The two service members gave some great information about why the airflow wasn't what it should be and how to possibly fix the problem. I really appreciate the job well done and knowing that I have an expert team to lean on if something ever goes wrong.

Hot water heater went out on me and On Time had the quickest response time. It was a costly visit as it had to be replaced. I get hot water much quicker and it's much hotter in my back shower. My old one could be on full blast hot, not this one. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I'd likely call them again but I hope I dont need the. Not able to say howthe price compared to other businesses. No time to look around. It was costly though and the invoice did not provide a break down of expenses (labor vs parts). Significantly more than I anticipated. Grateful I was able to cover it. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 but may be more about my shock and disappointment with the cost rather than the service. : /

We we're heading out of town, and we realize that our hot water heater wasn't working! We called On Time Home Services and they came out right away, diagnosed the problem and we had a new hot water heater installed that same afternoon. Fast, efficient, timely, and tidy. I was very happy with the service we received. I highly recommend this company.

I had a 16-year old water heater that started leaking. Time to replace! I contacted On Time due the several 5-star feedback posts. Reply was prompt, and we had a productive exchange of info via text. A quote was shared before they came on site. I didn't have to wait long for service. They had a tech available to come to my house the next morning. My tech was Marco, who was a very pleasant gentleman. Old tank was drained, and taken out. New tank was installed with no issues. He pointed out that the main supply water valve was not shutting off flow entirely and had internal corrosion, and gave me the option to replace, which I did. 24 hours later all the connections are looking bone dry and good. Excellent hot water supply to the house is restored.

I was really pleased with my experience with On Time. They were friendly and professional. The work was done right. And they were very prompt in all regards.
