Our AC went out on a 105 degree day. My home warranty company told me I had to wait an additional 3 days before I could get a contractor out to assess the issue. My wife immediately got on Yelp and found On Time Home Services. Without hesitation they had a tech out to my home within the next few hours. He looked in our attic and immediately found the issue. He replaced the damaged item and had us on our way. Within a few hours we again tripped the fuse outside. I contacted On Time again, and within 30 mins the tech was back on the phone with us, guiding us with the next steps. I could not have been happier with the professionalism and courtesy given by the techs assigned to us for our AC issues! Thank you again On Time!!

As most folks, I overlooked maintenance on my AC for a bit and had the dreaded ""blowing but not cooling"" issue with over 100 degree forecasted. I called on a Thursday afternoon and an appointment was luckily available for the next morning.

Randy arrived on time and was very helpful with explaining what steps he was taking before moving on to the next. Found the part and replaced it along with some other ""housekeeping"" items (included with the initial work) and had our home cooling within 45 minutes.

OTHS has become my recommended go to place for anyone that needs their AC/Heater looked at.

I called On Time Home Services to take a look on an older house I purchased last year. Their plumber was able to replace the old cast iron pipes under the house. The service was fast and efficient. Just this week I had a water leak from the main water line that caused us to shut off water to the house completely. I called On Time Home Services late at night and got a hold of their answering service. Luckily they were able to set an appointment for me the next day. By early afternoon a plumber was on their way to fix the cracked pipe. In both cases On Time Home Services have been reliable with great customer services. I will definitely call them if anything else needs fixing!

Finding a good contractor seems to be the luck of the draw these days. I hit the jackpot when I found On-Time Home Services (OTHS). I had two other plumbers immediately tell me that I didn't have a simple repair. I was told that I needed to re-pipe my home. Rather than look for the basic problem, the other companies jumped to the extreme. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to call ""OTHS,"" again. They are knowledgeable, fast, fair, and honest!

Anthony from On Time came out when we had some major issues with our kitchen sink and did a very thorough job cleaning up a big mess. We have had many people come in the past and do what I felt to be ""patch jobs"", but Anthony told us the full scope of the issues and how to handle them. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful. If Anthony's boss is reading this, give the man a promotion, he deserves it.

I purchased my home on April 29, 2022 - had 2 home inspections done, and purchased a home warranty from American Home Shield. On June 12, my AC went out, so I placed a call to American Home Shield, they set me up with a Heating and AC Company, my appointment was on June 16. The tech showed up, on time, clean-cut, and very professional he was at my home for about 35 minutes, he replaced the capacitor and AC began to get cool. I left to go and get some errands done, when I returned the AC had stopped cooling again and I immediately call the tech to come back out. The company sent another tech, on time, clean-cut, and very professional, he was at my home for about 40 minutes, he found that a fuse had blown and suggested I call an electrician because of an issue with the breaker. I made the call to AMS to request an appointment with the electrician, on Monday, June 20, the electrician came out, checked out my unit, and checked out the breaker, he proceeded to change out the breaker and suggested I call the Heating and AC company to come back out due to him finding there was no issue with the electrical. Tuesday, June 21, the electrician and HVAC company traded findings and another appointment was made for my unit. Thursday, June 23, HVAC co arrived, the tech found a fuse had blown again, he changed it, the AC cooled and the tech went on his way. The AC stopped cooling again! I got on the phone with the HVAC company, and requested another appointment, the lady I spoke with said she could not send anyone out until Monday, June 27. I then asked if she would call AHS and recommend a new unit be installed, she told me American Home Shield would not replace the AC because it would be considered a PRE-EXISTING CONDITION. I then called American Home Shield and told them I would like them to send out another Company, someone with more diagnostic skills, and that it needed to happen this day. American Home Shield told me nobody else was available and they couldn't do anything more than what they were doing. I then took myself and my frustration to the manager of the association to ask if she could recommend somebody that could possibly come and look at my unit before Monday, that is when I got the best recommendation ever. On Time Home Services, I placed the call and an appointment was made for me with a tech named Steve. Steve came to my home on Saturday, June 25, checked out my unit, and told me the compressor was the problem. He said the reason the capacitor and the fuses were having to be replaced was because of the bad compressor. Steve suggested a couple of financing options and based on his information I made the decision to replace the entire unit. Steve then said he would bring me an indoor AC unit to use until he could get my AC installed. Steve did bring me the AC unit that very same day, well past closing time.
Tuesday, June 28, Steve and his partner arrived at my house with my new AC unit. They set to work and within an hour and a half, my unit was installed. Never in my life have I been absolutely blown away by the service I received from Steve, his partner, and the On-Time Home Service Company. I honestly can't say enough about On Time. Do yourselves a favor and call On Time Home Service company if you need any work done on your AC unit, you won't be disappointed!

This Company got it together. Called 6-27-2022 on Friday at 7:30am because my home A.C unit failed. They answered the phone and an hour later 8:30am they were knocking at the door. WOW!! ON A FRIDAY!! 2 servicemen showed up and they both presented themselves very well. After doing all they could to save my unit, it had to go after 25 years. I had a 5-ton A.C unit so I was expecting a huge quote. I was shocked! Not only was the bid fair, but it was also way lower than I expected. I couldn't wait to say yes. They installed a RUUD unit on Monday morning at 8:00am. Unit was installed by 2 other servicemen, and they performed perfect. They spent time with me explaining everything in including the 10-year warranty. We suffered over the weekend with 100 degrees temps. The house reached 90 degrees inside. Pure Hell! Once the unit was installed it was immediate cooling. This Company was just great. Perfect Service!! In today's world good help is so hard to find. For A.C service, this is my go-to Company from now on.
