I reached out late one night via website about a water softener quote. Despite it being so late, I received a text message immediately asking me questions and then letting me know someone from the office would set up the appt when in office the next day during business hours.

We first had Marcos come out and give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer our questions. We also felt he was honest and didn't try to oversell us.

When it was time for installation our techs, Jason and Derek, texted me before arrival (really appreciate this just for planning) and showed up on time and got straight to work. The work was completed quickly and they answered any and all questions my husband had, describing the entire process as they went and explaining how the system works and how to care for it.

We have been extremely happy with the service, communication and final product.

I do not recommend this business. I purchased the platinum plan, which was a decent amount of money to spend only to find out that what I paid for feels like an opportunity for them to come to your house just to upsell you. Supposedly the platinum plan comes with free AC and Heater maintenance. What does that actually mean? From my experience, it means they will come out... look at it... and then leave. Then you will receive an email with quotes for the ...""maintenance"".... WHAT??? Why did I buy a platinum plan just for someone to come by just to give me a quote thousands of dollars?? So far, paying for the platinum plan has given me (in my opinion) 0$ value. Seems to me like it's just a sales tactic. Overall pricing for services also seems highly overpriced compared to some competitors I've spoken with. I DEFINITELY will NOT be renewing my platinum plan and I suggest you look elsewhere too.

Can Do Crew consistently does the best job. Their staff of technicians are very knowledgable, polite , and respectful. I have used them for HVAC and Plumbing. You can count on them . They come out same day and always early to appointment. The communication from office to technician to customers is amazing .

Cannot rave about this company enough! They are actually fair, honest, and prompt, which a lot of companies claim to be but are not. I had Anthony come to my home, and he thoroughly inspected the issue I was having plus looked at other plumbing areas I was suspicious about, just to be safe. The pricing is better than any other plumbing company I've used here in town, so they are my go to from now on.
