Nonetheless, I have five years of hands-on plumbing experience. I started in new construction and later moved into service plumbing and repairs. This gives me the skills and knowledge to tackle various plumbing tasks. I aim to finish tasks promptly without compromising on quality. Here’s a list of what I can do for you: updating bathrooms and kitchens, replacing outdated plumbing, sink installation and repairs, setting up plumbing in new constructions, water heater installation and service, and sewer snaking. Let’s talk about my pricing: The cost for bathroom and kitchen remodels is generally about $1,500. For new home plumbing, expect costs between $2,500 and $3,500, depending on the dimensions. Replacing a water heater costs $900, including removal and hauling away. Sewer line clearing is priced at $200. Repairs are charged at an hourly rate of $35, plus the cost of materials. My prices are flexible and may adjust based on the job. I started this business a year ago, initially handling small tasks like sink changes and sewer snaking. As I progressed, I moved into bathroom remodels and then took on full plumbing installations in duplexes and houses. I started my plumbing career focusing on new construction. I have five years of diverse plumbing experience, but my specialty lies in new construction plumbing. From the start, I aspired to own my own plumbing business.
