However, I bring five years of plumbing experience to the table. I began my journey in new construction and transitioned to service plumbing and repairs. This experience allows me to effectively manage different plumbing challenges. I strive to get the job done quickly while maintaining high standards. Here’s a list of what I can do for you: remodeling bathrooms and kitchens, swapping out old plumbing, sink repairs and replacements, installing plumbing in new homes, repairing and replacing water heaters, and sewer snaking. Here’s a breakdown of my prices: Remodeling bathrooms and kitchens usually costs around $1,500. For new home plumbing, expect costs between $2,500 and $3,500, depending on the dimensions. Replacing a water heater costs $900, including removal and hauling away. Sewer line clearing is priced at $200. I bill repairs at $35 per hour, in addition to materials. My rates are not fixed and can change based on the project. I launched my company a year ago, focusing on minor jobs like sink replacements and sewer snaking. As I progressed, I moved into bathroom remodels and then took on full plumbing installations in duplexes and houses. When I began my plumbing career, I specialized in new construction. I have five years of diverse plumbing experience, but my specialty lies in new construction plumbing. I have always wanted to establish my own plumbing business. My enthusiasm for plumbing drives me, and I’m skilled at it. It brings me satisfaction to fix issues and support my community.
