Although they weren't able to help with our specific issue, which turned out to be an appliance problem, this Women-owned business is extremely professional, we very friendly, and did not even charge us for the visit. That alone makes this a five star review, even without being able to help us. They will definitely be our first call when we do have a problem they can help with.

Service provided during the pandemic. Showed up before the end of our scheduled window. Rudy and Carlos arrived in masks, verified that we were ok with them entering our home. Called CalTek this morning, as our bathroom demo could not continue forward without the frozen angle stops being repaired. This was the first time I've had to hire a plumber for my home. I found CalTek and I feel so thankful. Rudy and Carlos came for my free estimate after the drain in my kitchen sink broke. While they were there I asked how much it would cost to also route the water from the sink to a new fridge I bought. The way my home is laid out makes this a more complicated situation than normal, but Rudy and Carlos talked with the company and were able to do both the drain and fridge hook up for an extremely reasonable price! I honestly thought it was going to cost me double.

Rudy and Carlos arrived on time, were really professional and I will definitely be reaching out to Caltek for any future plumbing issues.

Rudy and Jazmin are amazing!!! They took their time and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. Our bathroom had been backed up for 2 days. I was convinced I could fix it myself. Guess not. They are a great team and take time to make you feel comfortable. They wore masks for everyone's safety. I can't say enough. That's a power team!!!
