I was referred to the company through my home warranty. Scheduling was a breeze, and they had someone at my house quickly. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Billy was on-time, knowledgeable, professional, and took extra care to ensure he left the areas he worked clean. My plumbing issue was resolved in one visit. I will absolutely do business with them in the future.

Willie just left our house and we were pleased with his positivity and professionalism. Our home warranty company sent Willie with Call Us Plumbing. Unfortunately, none of the work could be completed due to the home warranty company (typical!). However, Willie had wasted his entire morning driving all the way up to our home, diagnosing the faucet issue, calling into the home warranty company, only to be turned away without approval to complete the work. Willie was so positive. Thank you for your efforts today we will give you a call in the future!!

I scheduled a plumber to come to my residence through OneGuard and was referred to Call Us Plumbing. The initial scheduling with Mike was pleasant and accommodating. The following day (Sunday) I receive a confirmation text stating someone will be out between 10-2 vs 8-12 as discussed originally. Unfortunately I called to reschedule last minute due to unplanned needs at work and I couldn't have inconvenienced Mike anymore. My need to reschedule ""blew a hole in his schedule"". When I inquired about a date that worked better for me and my family/work all he was concerned with was the ""hole"" that I had blown in his schedule and not rescheduling my service. Without hesitation he agreed that I go with someone else's services since I was such an inconvenience needing to reschedule.

Unfortunately my 5 minute total interaction with Mike is aligned with majority of the negative reviews...guess if you don't inconvenience him he has respect?

We highly recommend Call Us Plumbing! We had a pipe in our wall by the laundry room burst and flood the garage. Willy and Mike were incredible! Prompt, efficient, clearly explained options, and worked really hard an effectively to repair the problem. They are now our go-to guys if ever we have another plumbing problem.

We had water coming from under our kitchen island. Yes foundation leak...not one but two. Mike, Willy and Billy worked very hard to figure out what was going on and went above and beyond to make us comfortable through this scary experience. They were fast, on time and called when they were heading over. They clean up their mess even when they have to come back the next day! They do home warranties which is awesome! I will only use them and highly recommend Call Us Plumbing!

I always get a kick reading reviews on companies I hire for a job before I hire them. I always see 1 stars for the same reason. I guess some people expect to get their asses kissed. Not me. I expect a job done correctly the first time and to try and spend as little money as possible. I got just that with call us plumbing.

I had a water heater line EXPLODE in my garage shooting a pressurized stream of scolding hot water into my laundry room. It was a mess. I'm not a plumber and I do not know much about water heaters in general except what people tell me.

I shut off the water to my house to kill the stream and call my warranty company which is Oneguard.

Literally as soon as I hang.up the phone I get a call from Mike(owner) to schedule. This was on thanksgiving weekend mind you. His techs were already on calls and since that was the case he came out himself to do the work. Was he direct? Absolutely. Was he proffesional? Absolutely. Did he pull any punches? No.


Because of his candor instead of buying a new water heater, lines, and re plumbing everything he simply replaced a hose and I paid for 30 minutes of labor and the cost of material. No crazy off hours charges or upselling whatsoever. I simply paid for the job that was necessary. No more, no less.

I came on here to get his number to call him again and it didnt sit right with me that he was getting 1 star reviews because he wasnt kissing people's asses. This guy is TOP NOTCH and I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Dont let other people fool you. I have used other companies before and it usually is the same old story, upsell, reccomend crap that isn't needed and do a half assed job. But they kiss your ass in the process so you dont realize you are being taken for a fool.

This guy is the exact opposite. This is the guy you want. Not a used car salesman, but a plumber. And apparently one of a dying breed.

I suggest you Don't call them... Fidelity insurance contracted this company to handle my service request. I called them to schedule an appointment and I let the man on the telephone know I was in a rush and just called them immediately instead of waiting for his company to get in touch with us (leaking water heater). He tells me ""Well good for you!""

I said oh so the reviews about you are true, you are nasty on the phone, never mind I will call fidelity and have your service order removed.

On to the next company that will hopefully treat prospective clients better!

This company was sent out by my home warranty to fix a leak in my kitchen wall, the first time the tech came out he told me that my home warranty would not cover the access to the pipe and if we made a hole for the access it would save us $150, we did that and the tech came out the next day and spent 4 hrs trying to fix my pipe and in the end, ended up breaking it even more to the point of it breaking under my concrete driveway, the owner mike came out and said it would cost 950-1500 for them to break the concrete to get access to the pipe they broke, but if we did it it wouldn't cost anything, they charge my moms credit card 950 before they left and the work was not completed, we took care of the concrete that same night and when the owner Mike came back the following morning, told us that they now have sufficient access to the pipe and that he would be refunding the $950 it has now been two months and he has refused to refund the money for work he never did, he charged my home warranty company 180 for parts and labor. I will never recommend this company to anyone and they will never be aloud to come back to my house.. this company is not customer friendly and the owner is a con artist who will take your money and never do the work

Willy did a fantastic job on replacing my garbage disposal. He was professional, friendly and most efficient. I will use Willy again for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
