It was a small drip leak from the hose bib located in the front of the house. Easy fix. At 4:30 pm on a Monday I am all set with a new washer and replacement valve as a backup. The stripped screw on the handle of the bib was a challenge so I decided to just replace the entire valve. 36 years in the military and I prepared accordingly. The house was built in 2004 and the valve joint where it connected to the copper pipe had more than a few coats of paint serving as a seizing agent. No problem I thought. I turned the valve screw a complete 360 degrees before realizing I had turned the entire copper pipe extending back into the house with it. See pics. I now went from an easy fix to a major problem as I could see that the initial small leak was the least of my problems. I turned the main water line on to assess my damage and a geiser came out from the back of the valve. Yup, even the best of plans can crash and burn. I called California Plumbing and explained the situation. Tatianna was great! She was able to get me on the first service call the following morning. I could not ask for me. She also called me right back with an answer to my question of whether I could isolate the water turn off to just the outside bibs and still keep water on throughout the house. Back east you can, but not here. Her quick response allowed me time to make alternate plans for my family of 6. The next morning Devon Elson showed up. I knew this job was going to require going into the wall space and I was concerned from experience that some plumbers can be heavy handed accessing the wall and make the hole unnecessarily large. As this was outside, I did not want to invite critters into the house so I expected to be patching up work after Devon finished his repairs. Let me tell you, this man must have been a surgeon in a prior life. He was meticulous and conservative about how he approached accessing the wall. See pics. He ensured he had the access he needed and within 90 minutes was done with the work. I was on a conference call and when I came out, I was shocked to see he had also patched up the wall and cleaned up all debris without leaving a trace that there was work done. Other than the wall requiring painting he left me good to go without my having to do any of the work I expected to be doing later that day. Devon and California Plumbing will be my forever ""go to"" on all plumbing issues going forward. If you are like me, and value quality and reflect that with your loyalty, do yourself a service and add them to your plumbing company on all future calls. You will not regret it. Devon was professional, thoughtful and efficient. I could not be happier with the service and the cost was more than far. Customer for life!

I found California Plumbing on yelp and spoke with Aaron. He was fast and responsive to all my questions. I called and setup an appointment and the lady was very friendly and provided all the details about my appointment. On the day of service Robert showed up on time and did great work. He was efficient, professional, easy to talk with and even answered other plumbing questions. I plan on using them again for any of my future plumbing needs!

There's so much to say, I could write a short story here. In a time when customer service isn't really commonplace; California Plumbing takes it up past the top notch. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call, AND they even texted a photo of the tech coming out. My technician, Alex, was probably the nicest technician I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, he explained everything as he went, and the entire work area was cleaner when he left than it was before he arrived. I know that we have a new plumber for as long as they are around. Thanks California Plumbing for the fantastic job.

We had previously had our shower ""repaired"" by another plumbing service. After that ""repair,"" the shower made a horrible screeching noise every time it was turned on. We called California Plumbing and they sent out Joseph R. to do an estimate. He was on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. We got the estimate and booked the repair for two days later. Again, Joseph R. was on time and helpful. He completed the repair quickly and correctly, leaving no mess behind. No more screaming shower.

I'm really happy with the service this company provides!

Our condo was built in 1992, so a lot of our plumbing is old and outdated. A couple days ago we noticed our sink had a serious leak and a valve broke off. We contacted California Plumbing and they were quick to set us up with an appointment the next day. Coming from both me and my boyfriend who are in the military and busy, availability is very important, so it was great to have this appointment the next day.

As for the repairs, our technician was Cody Magdaleno. Cody was great and really awesome to talk to, he quickly helped us out and was very knowledgeable with our repair. Our new sink looks beautiful & there is no leaks at all.

Aaron has good work ethic his repair was on time and for a reasonable price. He also did a great job of cleaning up the work site as if nothing happened. I will definitely use him again as it's hard to find a good plumber.

This is in the way of quotes for the job that needs to be taken care of.
I had a kitchen incident that needed the kitchen faucet replaced.
I had reached out to the plumbers in the area and I received a few bids.

California Plumbing was not the 1st response to my query but I feel that my questions were honestly answered after I had provided the information from is the sink a one hole or three hole facet.

The appointment was made and on the day of the appointment the technician was Joey. He as punctual and finish the task at hand without any difficulty.

I would not hesitate to call on them again in the future.
