Raffi is the best! Very professional and just an all around great guy. He completely replaced all the plumbing in our house at a very fair and reasonable price. It took us a couple months to actually move in to the home so he even kept the tankless water heater he was going to install in his warehouse until we were ready to move in and then made the extra trip back out once we were. He responds quickly and is very informative about everything that is going on. I cannot stress enough what a good experience it was working with him

All I have to say is wow! Raffi & team recently installed a new sewer line for us and we couldn't be happier. Not only did Raffi quickly identify our drainage problem he worked tirelessly to make sure the job was seamless from start to finish. His pricing was beyond competitive and the quality of his work shows his passion for what he does! It was brutally hot during the install and even in those nasty conditions he worked sun up to sun down--and made sure the job site was squeeky clean pre/post job--amazing! We had a challenging paver driveway and Raffi and his crew took the extra time to carefully reinstall the pavers so we would not trip etc. which was a level of service we 1000% appreciated. We are so relieved we have found our one and only plumber! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again Raffi for all of your hard work, honesty & integrity in getting the job done right! I seldom write reviews, however I promised Raffi to amend my previous review for his follow up service.
He called me soon after my initial review & committed a firm follow up service call next morning to check up on his previously unsatisfactory cleaning clogged shower drain outcome. Raffi showed up on time, I watched his service of digging deeper into the drain until he retrieved those waste, and this time I tested the shower drain fully & it was clean & clear. My take away of this unusual episode is: had Raffi treated good customer's complain with courtesy & effective follow up, everything would have resolved smoothly.
