Rafi is the best plumber I've found in Los Angeles! He is honest and does a fantastic job. Another plumber told me I needed to put in a new sink in order to replace my faucet. Rafi gave me a free estimate and was able to work around the obstacle. He told me what I needed and even suggested where I could purchase what I looking for. He showed up early with an assistant installed the kitchen faucet, water filter and even put in new sealer. They cleaned up and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend Rafi and will definitely call him when I have any plumbing issues. Thank you, Rafi!

Raffi is kind, patient, and extremely good at what he does. He taught us how to change our reverse osmosis filter, fixed our horrible hot/cold shower issue, stopped our leaky toilet and repaired a broken spigot in about an hour and a half. His prices were in line with our expectations. He arrived on time and in a great mood. Our little dog loved him.

Raffi deserves all five stars. He would get six if I could manage it!

My husband and I recently moved into our new home. That being said, as new homeowners we have few things to learn. We had our kitchen sink clogged so bad we couldn't even run the dishwasher without the sink almost overflowing. I called Raffi asking for an appt ASAP as we had friends coming over and our kitchen was a disaster from our inability to clean dirty dishes. Long story short, Raffi came over within 3 hours of my call, spent a lot of time taking care of it and also gave us a plumbing 101 lesson. He is honest, friendly and would call him again in a heart beat! but, knock on wood, I hope I don't have to though! Highly recommend!!!

I recently had Raffi and his team out to do a plumbing evaluation of a home I was going to purchase. Raffi arrived right on time and gave me a complete professional evaluation of my home to be.
Once I purchased this older home I went back to them to get the necessities completed. Home was a rental for the past 5 years and needed some TLC. They showed up on time, completed on time and were very clean. Came in right on the estimate

He is also personable and very friendly with my dog (who was constantly trying to get Raffi to play rather than work). I've dealt with a plumbers before, but none have been as impressive as Raffi. He showed up 10 minutes early, and was ready to get to work right away. We had 4 different issues we wanted him to look at. He fixed one on the spot within seconds (our rattling bathroom sink), and fixed the other 2 problems (a leaking water heater pipe, and adjusting the temperature on our shower valve) in under 20 minutes! The last issue, which was a slow draining sink, unfortunately could not be fixed, as it was a design flaw in the way the bowl was designed (which I had suspected ever since that sink had been installed).

Anyways, I felt Raffi had charged us fairly for what he did fix, and I was so appreciative of his quick service, which allowed my husband and I enough time to get to work in the morning without arriving late, which we had initially prepared for. I would not hesitate to call Raffi again for any future plumbing issues we might encounter.

We had a broken water heater the day after Christmas. Raffi responded to our phone call in a few hours. He had the replacement part in stock and fixed it within 1 hour. All for a reasonable price. I had another plumber recommending I replace the entire water heater for more than a thousand. Raffi recommeded a repair, and fixed it for less than 2 hundred.

This was probably the best plumbing experience I've had. I had a loud clanking sound coming from the crawlspace and thought my pipes were going to burst. I had no idea what it was. I called CGP based on the good reviews the company had and I'm so glad I found them. He went through my crawlspace and checked my water pressure and found nothing. However, he did find some rat dropping and we concluded that it must be the rats running through the old HVAC pipes from the prior renovation. He gave me a huge discount from the quoted price because he said that he technically didn't do anything. What a fair guy!! I totally didn't expect to receive a discount. I would definitely call him again. This guy is not the type who would rip you off. He really cares about his reputation and his work.
