Raffi was Terrific. I called Monday morning at 8am for a clogged kitchen sink. He told me 9am and was here TWENTY MINUTES EARLY!! He had the drain snaked and new fittings on the pipes and was saying goodbye by 9:20am. And a really nice guy to boot! I'd call California Green Plumbing again in a heartbeat!

EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! I requested a next day service and they were ready right away. Unfortunately I had to cancel and reschedule due to my schedule and they were still very pleasant and had great customer service! Also shopped around prices and I can definitely say they have the most competitive rates! Also let me pay over the phone with my card so I was extremely happy for the convenience! Definitley going to use them for future plumbing needs!

I had a great experience with California Green Plumbing. There was a line clogged that caused my washer to backup into a nearby shower instead of draining out of the house. I called on Wednesday, made an appt for 1:30 Thursday afternoon. Raffi arrived a little early, understood the problem, used the hydro-jet on the line and I was thanking him and saying good-bye before 2:30pm. Friendly, expert, reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for more.

I don't understand what happened. This place is so highly reviewed and yet for what?

You came to repair a few things in my apartment. After you left, half of the things you repaired broke again.

My husband called to arrange another repair, you said you'd call him back to arrange it. No callback. My husband texted you, you said you'd get back to him in 30 min. No follow up. This has been going on for weeks and no matter how many times we contact you, you completely ignore us! How is that professional?

We even ordered the parts you needed to fix my sink, but there is no use in contacting you further because we will just be ignored. We're done with this place.

We will not be chasing YOU for your business, that's not how this works. So utterly disappointed as we were so excited to have everything repaired. Time to look for another plumber...

In sum, a terrible, terrible business.

My garbage disposal died and needed to be replaced. Raffi was great, answered my call right away and was able to schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours. Raffi assessed the problem through pictures that I was able to text and was able to give me a quote over the phone--- which was the final charge after he assessed the situation in person. I had another plumber that was highly recommended on Yelp Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing look at the job in person and quote me $200.00 more than California Green Plumbing. That company also told me that I needed to replace all of my pipes under my sink and that it would take over three hours.

Raffi arrived on time, inspected everything. I asked about the pipes and he said that while many people had switched to plastic it was not necessary as the pipes were good. He was finished in less than an hour. ( Even my very skittish cat liked him) Everything looks great. I recommend him highly for his honesty and efficiency and will call him for any other plumbing need that comes up.

Raffi fixed our plumbing problem 8/7/17 quickly and expertly. He was polite, on time, and the price was reasonable. After going through so many plumbers in the past, we have finally found our permanent plumber. Highly recommend. It's great to trust a repairman.

My first Yelp review. And the reason - it is such a rare occurrence to encounter an honest person, who is helpful, charges reasonably, and performs a fast & flawless job. Although he gave me a window for arrival 9-11, he was at my house at 9:00. INCREDIBLE. In over 26 years of this home ownership, with all the fixes throughout the years, never did I have such an experience. I highly recommend California Green Plumbing for any plumbing needs. No surprise in seeing the huge number of great reviews for this company.

Raffi fixed several plumbing problems at home including a serious plumbing leak under the house. He was fast, thorough, and most of all charged a reasonable price! He's my ""go to"" plumber from hereon. He's also a funny guy. Highly recommended! Shnorhakalutyun Raffi!

My traditional water heater died and I had been wanting to go tankless. I called California Green Plumbing and immediately spoke to Raffie, the owner. We discussed my needs and he was able to come to my home to take a look within an hour of calling him. He assessed my needs and made a recommendation to go with a 40 gallon equivalent tankless. His estimate for the unit, delivery, installation and removal of my old water heater was a very reasonable. Within 48 hours he was back to begin the job. He arrived early and got to work immediately. He covered my floors and truly respected my home as if it was his own. In the 48 hours that had past, Raffie researched a newly released 50 gallon unit from the same manufacturer that would be an even better replacement for my situation. The cost difference was marginal so I was thrilled. I really appreciate him looking out for his customers needs. He personally installed the unit, tested and removed the old water heater -- all without disrupting the household.

I can't recommend Raffie more. He is my new plumber for any and all of my plumbing needs. I was really worried about going thru this transition, but Raffie made it easy, painless and his prices are very reasonable. If you have any plumbing needs, you would be remiss in not calling Raffie.
