Rene was phenomenal. When coming to Yelp to replace my sewer lateral I was in search of a different provider. When I came across his business and reviews I thought why not. I am so happy that I chose California Discount Rooter. Rene was thorough, professional, and did an amazing job. He kept me in the loop, got permits, and made all plans with the city. I know his time is valuable and he was nice enough to fix an ongoning small plumbing issue inside as well. I can not give him enough positive feedback. Getting a large job is a scary thing, but Rene is a winning pick. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

Rene and his crew performed a great job replacing our sewer lateral to receive the 20-year certificate for our home from East Bay MUD. California Discount Rooter and plumbing were able to come out on Saturday to give us a quote and he also performed a quick check of the integrity of the pipe using a camera. He gave us two options, one a pressure test for a 7-year certificate and a pipe replacement for the 20-year certificate. Ultimately, we decided on replacing the pipe for our ease of mind for the next 20 years. The California Discount Rooter was able to replace the pipe and have it inspected by EBMUD in half a day within the same week of getting the quote.

I can't say enough about how great Rene was. He gave us a very fair (and the best) estimate and got to work the same day. He had to cut through some concrete to get to our pipe that was leaking. He brought a camera on a cable and checked the rest of our sewer line to search for any other leaks. He is a pro and when you talk to him you can tell he really knows what he is doing.
