The price was right but they did not follow through with the complaint of the hammering. They came over and told me that it was something that was in the installation of the sink laterals that they did not install. I keep calling for them to come back and fix it but they said we will call you back when I look at my schedule. Well they never did and it keep banging. I called a plumber friend of mine to look at it and he said that they mounted the hot water pipes right up to the joist with copper brackets. He had to fix it by putting in plastic brackets that keep a gap between the joist and pipes. He also said they used M copper pipes and the code now is only to use L copper pipes (just saying). There were a few other things that they did that was not that great but you get what you pay for. I went with Ca Discount Plumbing because they were the cheapest. FYI just make sure you are on top of them with what supplies they are using and that they do not use copper brackets to mount the hot water or you will have the banging sound that will drive you crazy! Better to make sure that the banging does not occur before you write your check.

Rene was efficient with our sewer lateral repair, his team did a great job and best of all they were the most affordable option we found -- by far. We asked Rene to adjust the job twice, first to fill in a sink hole that was discovered around the sewer lateral and then to make some small repairs to our sidewalk as required by the city after our move. I've been searching for someone to help me with my sewer lateral for months. Out of 11 place I called, 5 never show up to give me quotes, 5 showed up with expensive quotes and Last was Rene.
