Amazed at what a phenomenal experience I just had with Cali Rooter. The cynic in me is usually a bit suspicious of businesses on Yelp that have as many glowing five-star reviews at Cali Rooter (I assume it's just family and friends they've asked to write reviews to inflate their star rating), so they weren't the first company I contacted. After being quoted a bunch of high estimates for fixing a leaky ceiling pipe that's been plaguing me for months, I finally messaged Cali. Not only were they the easiest company to schedule with, but they sent someone out within hours. The technician, Simon, was on time and diagnosed the problem within seconds. I'd had a general contractor come and take a look at it originally and he quoted me $300 and said that I would have to have the pipe removed and replaced. Simon fixed it within twenty minutes, free of charge!! I was floored. My biggest regret is that I didn't contact Cali Rooter sooner. They will be my go-to plumbers in the future.

I'm always pretty nervous hiring a plumber because of bad experiences and quotes in the past, but Gary from Cali was perfect. He arrived same day I quoted on yelp, identified and fixed a problem with a toilet that two other plumbers epically failed at and also replaced the regulator on my house with ease and pride. A true pleasure to work with Gary.

We had a clogged toilet after one of our customers accidentally put paper towel in the toilet. Water was starting to come back up when we try to flush so we called Cali rooter.
Within 30 minutes Gary showed up, introduced himself and started fixing the issue. He was easy to work with, really friendly and professional, he took his time to explain what happens and how he would fix the problem.
After an hour, everything is back to normal. I'm so thankful that I called this company and get to meet Gary. 5 stars for the service. Definitely recommend. Thanks Gary and the team.

Excellent and prompt service! I called Cali Rooter at 930p and they reached my home within 30 minutes. Alex was very thorough and he explained the the root cause of the problem and the solution. He even took pictures and attached them to the receipt. I highly recommend this business and Alex!

I called these guys to install a line for a refrigerator on the second story of my duplex. It was a little complicated because Best Buy kept postponing delivery and also we had to figure out what was the least expensive way to install the line without making it look ugly since there was no water source near the appliance. John and Alex totally worked with me to make this happen and never complained about the delays. Alex came by today and installed the line quickly. He also installed the water filter and flushed the water, even though that wasn't his job. And he completed an additional service job for me for no additional money. The cost was totally reasonable and it was a total pleasure to deal with them. I will definitely use Alex and this company for all of my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.
