Our garbage disposal starting leaking and called John. He thought we needed to replace and made an appt for Saturday. When John came, he realized the disposal needed to be tightened and didnt charge for the service. I appreciate the honesty and level of customer service. Would recommend using John in the future.

I called Cali Rooter for a clogged main sewer line. I got a quote from another company but it seemed kind of high. Cali Rooter quoted me almost half the price and came out the same day and replaced the drains under my house. Simon was great and explained the whole process to me and what exactly is being replaced. I rarely ever write reviews, but I have to say...these guys are the best! So patient, honest and caring...will never call another plummer.
It never takes more than 15 minutes to get a response from them and when they say they are going to be at your house - they are there. Simon
is amazing and very thorough, even when you ask stupid questions - he doesnt make you feel stupid. ;-). I mean...what do I know about garbage disposal drains?!
Anyhow, they will be my first call for any/all plumbing services.

I come home tired and late from work and found my kitchen sink filled with water. I tried calling couple other places but John was the only one who immediately picked up and sent Armond to help me out.
Even though it was late(9:30pm), Armond came on time, analyzed the problem, took his time to explain the situation. He was very professional, had good atitude and sense of humor.
