Calhoun Services began in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a facility management company. As time passed, the founder, Tyler, grew the company and diversified into various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler moved the operation to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even though the operation has moved, the core values have remained the same: Transparency, Trustworthiness, Dependability.

Tyler Calhoun started his journey in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a property maintenance technician for multiple apartment complexes. Though most of the work was routine, this experience equipped Tyler with the skillset to explore more about the industry and handle increasingly challenging jobs and become proficient in different trades. Upon several years of property maintenance and graduating high school, Tyler decided to start a new chapter as a business owner.
