Calhoun Services started in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a property maintenance company. Over the years, the owner, Tyler, grew the operation and diversified into multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly a decade of achievement in Colorado, Tyler moved the operation to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Although the business has moved, the core values have stayed the same: Integrity, Reliability, Dependability.

Tyler Calhoun began his path in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a facility upkeep technician for multiple apartment complexes. Although most of the work was routine, this foundation equipped Tyler with the expertise to explore more about the trade and handle increasingly complex jobs and master different trades. Following several years of property maintenance and completing high school, Tyler opted to start a new adventure as a business owner.
