Calhoun Services was founded in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a facility management company. Throughout the years, the founder, Tyler, developed the operation and diversified into various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. Following nearly a decade of achievement in Colorado, Tyler moved the company to Myrtle Beach in 2018. While the operation has moved, the principles have continued the same: Transparency, Trustworthiness, Consistency.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his path in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a property maintenance technician for several apartment complexes. Although most of the work was routine, this background prepared Tyler with the knowledge to learn more about the trade and handle increasingly challenging jobs and excel in different trades. After several years of property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler opted to start a new chapter as a company leader.
