Calhoun Services started in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a facility management company. As time passed, the owner, Tyler, developed the company and ventured into multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler relocated the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even though the operation has relocated, the core values have continued the same: Integrity, Reliability, Dependability.

Tyler Calhoun began his career in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a home repair technician for various apartment complexes. Although most of the work was routine, this foundation equipped Tyler with the knowledge to explore more about the field and tackle increasingly difficult jobs and excel in different trades. Following several years of property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler opted to embark on a new journey as a entrepreneur.
