Calhoun Services was founded in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a facility management company. Throughout the years, the owner, Tyler, expanded the business and branched into different trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. Upon nearly a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler moved the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even though the business has shifted, the principles have stayed the same: Transparency, Reliability, Dependability.

Tyler Calhoun started his journey in the home services sector nearly 15 years ago as a facility upkeep technician for various apartment complexes. While most of the work was standard, this background equipped Tyler with the knowledge to explore more about the trade and tackle increasingly difficult jobs and excel in different trades. After several years of property maintenance and graduating high school, Tyler opted to embark on a new journey as a company leader.
