Calhoun Services began in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a property maintenance company. Throughout the years, the owner, Tyler, grew the operation and diversified into various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly a decade of prosperity in Colorado, Tyler relocated the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even though the company has relocated, the fundamentals have remained the same: Honesty, Trustworthiness, Dependability.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his journey in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a property maintenance technician for several apartment complexes. Though most of the work was regular, this background equipped Tyler with the skillset to learn more about the industry and accomplish increasingly difficult jobs and become proficient in different trades. Upon several years of property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler chose to embark on a new chapter as a entrepreneur.
