Calhoun Services started in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 as a property maintenance company. Throughout the years, the founder, Tyler, expanded the business and diversified into different trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. Upon nearly a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler moved the company to Myrtle Beach in 2018. While the business has shifted, the principles have stayed the same: Honesty, Reliability, Dependability.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his career in the home services industry nearly 15 years ago as a home repair technician for various apartment complexes. Although most of the work was routine, this experience prepared Tyler with the knowledge to gain more about the field and tackle increasingly difficult jobs and excel in different trades. Following several years of property maintenance and graduating high school, Tyler opted to start a new chapter as a entrepreneur.
