I highly recommend this business. Alexis responded immediately and is extremely knowledgeable. While he was there, I asked him other unrelated plumbing questions and he answered all of them. What I really appreciate was his honesty. I asked him about going tankless in my unit, and unlike others, he didn't try to upsell me and quote $5k (which others have). He's kind, professional, and I felt like he cared about my situation. His pricing was also very fair. He quoted me a price initially and when he was done, he revised his quote based on the work performed and that was extremely appreciated. I cannot say enough about Alexis and I would not hesitate to call him again for any other plumbing needs for future projects. Thanks again for your help!

DO NOT HIRE! Claimed he needed to take pictures/video of pipes. Took snake down into pipes! Told ME to take pics of the screen of his equipment for my pics.. Then insisted on paying him wayy too much before he left. when insurance needed video, he claimed he deleted. OBVIOUSLY didn't take video or pics. Horrible!

Alexis promptly responded and gave me pricing for my hot water heater replacement. Alexis was so friendly and prompt with his responses and was very courteous. Alexis also followed up regarding permitting questions with the city we live in and followed up with me in a timely manner on this as well. We ended up going with another plumber but Alexis truly deserves major kudos for his customer service and professionalism. I saved his contact information and will reach out to him the next time I need a plumber.
