I was referred to Caldwell Construction by a co-worker. After receiving several quotes for replacing the wood siding on my home William was the first and only contractor to ask why I thought I needed to replace all of the siding. He looked at it and said, yes, there are some boards that need replacing, but overall the exterior is not bad. The siding just needed a thorough hand scraping and new exterior paint job. The quotes I had received prior to meeting William did not include an exterior paint job, just the siding replacement, and they were thousands of dollars more. The crew (Mike and Anthony primarily) spent 2 1/2 weeks on my house and it looks great and all my neighbors have mentioned it too. Caldwell scheduled us a start date and held true to it and in these times it's just hard finding anyone that can even fit you in. Thank you Caldwell Comstruction.

They just rebuilt (which is a stretch, honestly they built) my back deck, back door and put in pavers to give us a back patio. Caldwell did an amazing job from day one. The owner William showed up to quote the job and was responsible and respectful from the gate. He gave me a quote and stuck to the plans and his word. Something I respect and honor more than anything. He even went above and beyond to adhere to my requests. His crew was great and respectful too. His lead carpenter was awesome, even played candy land and hide seek with my kids after his hard days work, stand up guys. There isn't one person I know I've shown my new deck pics to that isn't impressed. These guys are legit. I'll be calling them back for future work and will be referring them to my friends and neighbors. The pic is the before and after work. Hire these guys!

Had old pantry cabinets that were too deep we would lose items so we converted to a small walk in pantry. William and his crew were nothing but professional throughout the whole process. Mike was assigned this project and did an amazing job. His knowledge and craftsmanship shows in his work. He was super friendly and put a lot of attention into his detail and work. The office set an appointment within 24 hours of sending them a message. William was on time and met me at the house. We walked though the house inside and outside. We sat down with a list I had previously made point by point. We had a fair bid 24-48 hours later and were able to sign the contract. He gave me a price for labor and estimate for materials. As he made purchases I paid those prices. No markups. Vickie in the office handles the billing. She was able to separate the labor and materials billing. This made it super easy to follow the costs.
Due to shelter in place orders we handled many items over the phone or email. He updated often and sent pictures. I spoke with others at the site and all were helpful and professional. They patched, painted, changed doors, updated, removed carpets, installed flooring demolished sheds, and so much more. They left the property clean inside and out. No complaints from neighbors.
Would I recommend? Absolutely yes.

Good crew. These guys repaired my water-damaged bathroom and were very honest and upfront about the price. They did a very careful inspection and found mold on some of the framing, which made it a bigger job. But I appreciated the care they took. Everything turned out great and I will use them again.

Caldwell Construction renovated the back portion of our 1920's house. A previous owner made an addition to our house 30+ years ago: it was done very poorly and had a wonky layout. After the renovation, we love our new space and it truly feels like it's meant to be part of the house now. We're very happy with the quality of Caldwell Construcion's work. Despite having multiple projects going at a time, there was always somebody working at our house. Our project went a bit over budget and time, but this was because we increased the scope of work due to some surprises along the way that nobody could have foreseen. William was very communicative about change orders and estimates. I never had issues getting ahold of him when I had questions or concerns. We would definitely consider hiring this company again for future projects.

Caldwell Construction was a dream to work with during a major kitchen remodel. My questions and concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. They worked with me on the details, even salvaging the original ironing board cupboard from a wall that was removed and incorporating it into the new kitchen.
