I cannot say enough about this construction company. We did a remodel inside and out (complete kitchen remodel, bathroom, flooring throughout, tankless water heater, doors, electric panel, exterior siding, painting) and Caldwell Construction handled everything end to end.

When they said they'd be there, they were there, rain or shine even when we lost power.

Our estimate was what we paid. When the crew found additional issues, they called them to our attention and offered complete repair or patch depending on the issue.

Change orders were clear and easy to understand.

The office team kept very close track on all materials purchased and offered review whenever we asked. Progress payments were due weekly and we knew exactly where our money was going.

The crew was courteous and would periodically stop to review work done with us. This made it easy to understand the effort and time each portion of the project would take.

Caldwell Construction is a straightforward and fair partner. We passed every phase of inspection with ease, I have great confidence in their work. I'm glad we went with them for our project, and they will do my next project.

Great experience.

I had our back detached garage converted into a livable space-- painted, installed floors, build a closet, installed track lighting, improved the drainage with a trench, fixed the door, and plenty of other details for a great finished project.

All the workers were respectful and professional, and the entire project was done on time and on budget, and they respected all our requests.

Caldwell did a great job of remodeling an office and family room. The family room was dated and had different kinds of wood on each wall as well as a weird entertainment center. The room was big 18x21. I was shocked the demo almost filled the room. He has people who specialize in certain skill and appropriate used the the right people to get the job done. Example drywall, electrician, and painter. I highly recommend them for any project.

I have a large reach in closet with a 2 door track. I spoke to a few other guys and they said that I couldn't put in a 3 door track.

I called cc and they were willing to customize a 3 door track for me. It came out exactly as I pictured it in my head. (And the guys who came out were very nice to work with)

Caldwell Construction remodeled our kitchen a couple months ago. We have a 110-year-old house with slanted floors and leaning walls. Even though this caused frustration for the guys on the crew, especially when installing the cabinets, they took the time necessary to get it right. Their skill and tenacity enabled them to create a beautiful product, despite the obstacles. William checked in with us throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied. We most definitely are. The room makes me smile every time I walk into it.

Caldwell Construction did a 165 sq. ft. addition for us. They completed the project on-time and on-budget. They went beyond the call of duty more than once, for example, removing a tree that was in the way of the project so I didn't have to hire a separate company to do it. When there was a minor issue with the air conditioning in the new room, they fixed it for free. I recommend them and will likely use them again if we do any other building projects here.

We had Caldwell replace a floor and do some drywall work and painting. It wasn't a huge job, which caused some contractors to be nonresponsive in our efforts to get quotes. That was not the case with Caldwell. They were responsive and provided us with a fair quote promptly. When the work started, the communication was great. We were kept in the loop on scheduling, progress, and related issues. It really was impressive. We made some changes through the course of the project, adding additional work, and Caldwell adjusted well. We are very happy with the final product and plan to use them again for future projects.
