William and his crew did an awesome job!!! They replace our roof and painted our house. Everyone was profession, friendly and great at their craft! We were torn between white with blue trim or Blue with the white trim. William helped us nail down our color. Also, he made sure that the scallop trim above the garage door roof-line stayed in tack and reinstalled after the roof was replace.

I hired Caldwell to tear out to stud and redo my main bathroom. My bathroom was in bad shape: the plumbing was done incorrectly, the floor was rotting, the tile grout was coming out in chunks - my bathroom needed a lot of work.
William came out on time, gave me a verbal quote on the spot, and followed it up with a detailed written quote. The price was reasonable and well within my price range. We set up a time to start and were given a timeframe when the job would be done. His staff showed up on time, were polite, and answered all my questions and concerns when I had them. They were respectful of the rest of my house and made sure to clean up after themselves when leaving. The job was done within the timeframe given.
The end result is gorgeous! It is exactly as I wanted it. I am extremely happy!
When I am ready to do the other bathroom in my house, I will be giving them a call.

I was referred to Caldwell Construction by a co-worker. After receiving several quotes for replacing the wood siding on my home William was the first and only contractor to ask why I thought I needed to replace all of the siding. He looked at it and said, yes, there are some boards that need replacing, but overall the exterior is not bad. The siding just needed a thorough hand scraping and new exterior paint job. The quotes I had received prior to meeting William did not include an exterior paint job, just the siding replacement, and they were thousands of dollars more. The crew (Mike and Anthony primarily) spent 2 1/2 weeks on my house and it looks great and all my neighbors have mentioned it too. Caldwell scheduled us a start date and held true to it and in these times it's just hard finding anyone that can even fit you in. Thank you Caldwell Comstruction.

They just rebuilt (which is a stretch, honestly they built) my back deck, back door and put in pavers to give us a back patio. Caldwell did an amazing job from day one. The owner William showed up to quote the job and was responsible and respectful from the gate. He gave me a quote and stuck to the plans and his word. Something I respect and honor more than anything. He even went above and beyond to adhere to my requests. His crew was great and respectful too. His lead carpenter was awesome, even played candy land and hide seek with my kids after his hard days work, stand up guys. There isn't one person I know I've shown my new deck pics to that isn't impressed. These guys are legit. I'll be calling them back for future work and will be referring them to my friends and neighbors. The pic is the before and after work. Hire these guys!

Had old pantry cabinets that were too deep we would lose items so we converted to a small walk in pantry. William and his crew were nothing but professional throughout the whole process. The office set an appointment within 24 hours of sending them a message. William was on time and met me at the house. We walked though the house inside and outside. We sat down with a list I had previously made point by point. We had a fair bid 24-48 hours later and were able to sign the contract. He gave me a price for labor and estimate for materials. As he made purchases I paid those prices. No markups. Vickie in the office handles the billing. She was able to separate the labor and materials billing. This made it super easy to follow the costs.
Due to shelter in place orders we handled many items over the phone or email. He updated often and sent pictures. I spoke with others at the site and all were helpful and professional. They patched, painted, changed doors, updated, removed carpets, installed flooring demolished sheds, and so much more. They left the property clean inside and out. No complaints from neighbors.
Would I recommend? Absolutely yes.

Good crew. These guys repaired my water-damaged bathroom and were very honest and upfront about the price. They did a very careful inspection and found mold on some of the framing, which made it a bigger job. But I appreciated the care they took. Everything turned out great and I will use them again.
