Ben showed up to replace a failed gas valve. The part was under warranty and we coordinated so when we got the part from the distributor via mail, he could get our hot water going because 4 days of no hot water is not great. He drained the hot water heater, safely replaced the part and got us up and running. He was covid safe, friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced and I got many quotes. He was also very available with his schedule where other companies were not. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.

Ben saved my neck today. I had another plumber out yesterday to clear 2 shower drains and he thought something was wrong with the rough plumbing and the venting job. He was going to cut into our venting in our attic. He had tried to snake the drains with 3 different types of snakes and failed. Hence his venting deduction. Left a huge mess in out bathrooms. Nightmare! I called out Ben for a second opinion and he cleared both drains in less than 15 minutes with his snake. He even offered to help clean up the mess the other plumber left. Highly recommend Bed and will use him again without hesitation.

Thank you Ben! I really appreciated all your hard work on my new house. Ben recipes the galvanized steel pipes, installed a new tankless water heater, and took out the Cast iron sewer. He was on schedule the whole time, and his price was very reasonable. I chose Ben because he knew the tankless model I was interested in inside and out, more than any other plumber I spoke with. He also checked out pipes that another plumber told me were ""failing"" and was honest enough to tell me those weren't even in use- they had been disconnected long ago. Ben ran into some problems and solved them all without coming back and increasing the price. It's been a couple months now and everything is working great! Highly recommend!

In a very short time I had new faucets and running water. He did a great job in a short amount of time. The price was great too. I needed a water softener installed. Everyone I called either gave very high price OR asked for service charge to come onsite for an estimate.
