Did a great job clearing a clog in our drain that was causing a back up into our bathtub. He figured out where the clog was, undid the clog and spent the time to explain why it was clogging up.

Highly recommend for any home plumbing needs and I'd give him a call / text in the future if I need a plumber.

Ben was awesome. My husband called and described the issue this morning, Ben said we might be able to fix it ourselves, but if not to call back. We really appreciate that he didn't try to push the service up front. My husband tried but was unsuccessful, so he gave Ben a call back. He gave a quote over the phone, and was out a few hours later. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. The final charge was much cheaper than the original quote (which he could have easily charged us). We really appreciate his honesty and professionalism!

Wow, this is THE plumber to call for availability, reliability, honesty and professionalism ~ I'm so glad I found Cal Rooter! I was happy with my past plumber but he wasn't available after 4pm or on weekends and I had a Friday night clog that I knew would only get worse.

When I messaged Cal Rooter through Yelp Ben replied right away with a great quote that was NOT higher for weekend service! He was here the next day when he said he would be and was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He even taught me how to troubleshoot future plumbing problems in my older home.

Ben showed up to replace a failed gas valve. The part was under warranty and we coordinated so when we got the part from the distributor via mail, he could get our hot water going because 4 days of no hot water is not great. He drained the hot water heater, safely replaced the part and got us up and running. He was covid safe, friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced and I got many quotes. He was also very available with his schedule where other companies were not. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.
