Whoever answers the phone here is TERRIBLE! SHE IS THE rudest person I have ever spoke with. First these people ignore calls, they never pick up when we call but as soon as you call from a blocked number they surely pick up. The plumber came out to our home and left without saying a word, did not fix anything! The dude couldn't even answer a few basic plumbing questions, he kept saying, OH I don't know, I am not sure. WTH is that!
After a week of waiting for someone to call us back and show back up ti fix our shower that wasnt working, we went through another plumber! This place is a shit show and I would never ever ever in my life suggest them.

Worst company ever. Was sent out by First American Home Warranty it has almost been a month and no resolution. Very very disappointed. Our plumbing problem is getting worse.

So like mostly everyone else here who made a review, First American home warranty called them out to my place to fix a leak with my toilet. Adam came out and ""fixed it."" I only realized later that he actually cracked my toilet and caused even worse leaking. He came out the next day to just replace the toilet entirely but he brought the wrong one and bashed a hole into my wall and also cracked the mirror on my wall. I am now on hold for 2 hours with First American to find out why its been more than a week that they havn't reached out to me to let me when they will be returning to fix all the problems they've caused.

Like many reviews, this plumber was assigned by First American.

The receptionist is rude and they do not follow up with you whatsoever.

Still no complain about the plumber.
unfortunately, our toilet pipe still leaks water. Whoever takes care of scheduling and taking calls either really needs help or really needs to find another job. Cause there is no way you can reach anyone through their number and no matter how many messages you left, no one calls back...

Worst service, and they did not even come out for a visit. They took days to call back. Then when they did, and I stated my plumbing issue was urgent, the lady on the phone laughed at me and said they would not be able to come out for days. This was the plumber I had to use for my First American Home Warranty, which is the worst insurance company ever. The receptionist answering the phone at Cal Home is so rude!

I got in touch with Cal home through my warranty with First American Home Warranty.
Very disappointed. Was schedule for Tuesday from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Never call or showed up.
Lied that appointment was for the next day.
Scheduled for Thursday btwn 4 pm and 8 pm same thing.
Ask do not be assigned to this company.
Lost 2 days of work!!!

WARNING!

This contractor was assigned to me by First American home warranty.
I had NO water in my home Saturday, Sunday, Monday because this contractor NEVER SHOWED UP!
They also have the rudest receptionist.
Don't let them assign this contractor to you!

I was given their number by my home warrenty company, so far they havent been out to fix my issue, let alone see it. They were supposed to come out on Saturday, no show. I called them back on Saturday and emailed them, no call back! they finally called me on MOnday to scedule an appointment, Tuesday from 1-5. Come Tuesday, they called at 4:30 to ""schedule an appointment"". The lady said that she never called before to schedule an appaointment! I gave her the exact time that I spoke with her. They didnt call me back after calling them and leaving them another message!! If there was a rating of zero, I would pick it. How can companies stay in business with such incompetencies.

-5 STARS ! This company was a no call
no show ! I stayed home to be available from 1-5pm and they NEVER showed or NEVER called. Don't allow them to fool you too .... ask for a change of contractor if you get assigned by First American home warranty.
