We were assigned to this company thru our AHS Warranty for a leaky water heater replacement and they are total crooks. 50% of what they said was code work needed (obviously not covered under the warranty) was not needed. They lied about it according to my plumber buddy. Their up charge was more than a new water heater. I cancelled the American Home Shield warranty (2 hours on the phone). Both contractors that came out had no logos on their beat up vans and the ""contractors"" looked homeless.

Tony was exceptional with his diagnosis and installation of my water heater. He also took extra time to walk me through all the elements of the new unit! 5 STARS

However, I'd give 1 STAR for the service I received from the office. It took 2 days and 3 calls to the company to have my diagnosis sent to AHS. Once approved, I left unreturned messages for 2 days until I received my appointment. When I finally did speak to someone, I explained I left messages and there was no apology nor acknowledgment For the extra charges, so I asked for an itemized quote to be emailed and it never was.

We were assigned to this company thru our AHS Warranty for a slow flow toilet. The plumber arrived earlier than expected. Snaked our toilet, ( we snaked our toilet with a 6ft auger) and said he got it going and that we would probably need a toilet.

Didn't fix the problem and then noticed back flow from our clean out, and called a local plumber who tried snaking 50-75 feet out to the mainline and then used a hydrojet!

Problem fixed!!! Toilet is flushing with lots of power and quick!

Wished the plumber had investigated more thoroughly.

The guy came and asked for an extension cord for his snake so I gave him one (which his handled with poop soiled hands) after about 20 minutes he said he needed a 100ft snake so I asked him if he had one he said no so I said whats going on with the stoppage he said he didn't know so I asked him , your a plumber right he said yes and so I said we'll are you going to clean up all this waste you pulled up he said no and left.

My water heater busted and water flooded the area. I went through American Home Shield to see if they would cover it. Cal Home sent out Tony who quickly realized that the tank was unrepairable and new pipes were needed. AHS approved the replacement of the tank but I had to pay for modifications. Was not too bad considering most companies wanted 2k for a new water heater.

Tony came back out two days later and installed the new tank flawlessly. This was the second time tony came out for a separate issue and fixed it flawlessly. He is truly a life saver and professional. Thank you Tony!!!

We had a shocking situation where there was water in our crawlspace and needed a plumber out to figure out where it was coming from. To be able to get someone in the space we pumped out as much water as possible.
Cal home assigned Joe to us and he was super professional and jumped right in, even though there was still a bit of water left in the crawlspace and assessed the property and found the leak.
Due to the urgent nature of the problem, we ended up not having the plumbing company finish the repair due to the delay our home warranty company would have caused and got a private plumbing party to fix it, but would recommend Joe and this company in the future.
