He replaced my old water heater and solved our problems. Aside from being capable and efficient, he was kind and friendly. Just got ripped off by Ken. I have a place in Westport. I called him Anne discussed the scope of what I wanted done. He said he would be able to help me, but I would have to pay him $85.00 to look at and for him to give me a bid. I agreed to pay him the $85.00. He came over here on his way to Las Vegas. Spent a half hour talking to me about what I wanted done. He said he'd give me a bid when he got back from his trip. I thanked him, paid him the $85.00. He cashed the check right away. Today he sent me a message saying he cannot do the job, did not give me a bid as he said he would and told me to find someone else. Be careful with this smooth talker. Find someone else. Don't waste your time and money with him

I called at 7:30am on Tuesday about an issue with our hot water and Ken called me back by 8:30. He explained that he would not be able to get to me until Friday because of a few jobs and a family event on one day. He was very kind on the phone and gave me some information on how I can do a bit of trouble shooting on my own. He also gave me the number of another plumber in town that he said does good work and that he highly respects. I am hoping to get someone in sooner so will be looking elsewhere but was greatly impressed by the professionalism of this man.

Ken was quick to call back after I left my SOS message. It was very much appreciated as water was spewing from my laundry room wall! Ken talked me through the scenario and helped me triage the problem until he could get to us. Arrived on time and with a plan. Found him professional and very trustworthy. The issue was not easily solved and it brought me peace of mind that Ken was determined to find the root of the cause and not just put a band-aid on it. After returning with the heavy-duty artillery, we were back in business! Work is guaranteed for 30 days.
