Just got ripped off by Ken. I have a place in Westport. I called him Anne discussed the scope of what I wanted done. He said he would be able to help me, but I would have to pay him $85.00 to look at and for him to give me a bid. I agreed to pay him the $85.00. He came over here on his way to Las Vegas. Spent a half hour talking to me about what I wanted done. He said he'd give me a bid when he got back from his trip. I thanked him, paid him the $85.00. He cashed the check right away. Today he sent me a message saying he cannot do the job, did not give me a bid as he said he would and told me to find someone else. Be careful with this smooth talker. Find someone else. Don't waste your time and money with him

I called at 7:30am on Tuesday about an issue with our hot water and Ken called me back by 8:30. He explained that he would not be able to get to me until Friday because of a few jobs and a family event on one day. He was very kind on the phone and gave me some information on how I can do a bit of trouble shooting on my own. He also gave me the number of another plumber in town that he said does good work and that he highly respects. I am hoping to get someone in sooner so will be looking elsewhere but was greatly impressed by the professionalism of this man.
