We had a leak this pass Friday night and though we shut off the valve water kept coming through. Saturday morning I phoned Cabrillo and Sal immediately answered the phone. Sal asked questions that would better assist the scheduled technician Steve who arrived early morning, mind you this is MLK holiday weekend. Steve assessed the leak and clearly explained the problem and the steps in fixing the leak. We looked at the other bathrooms which would follow suit in time so I had all replaced. I had added other stuff correcting a previous plumbing company disaster. Steve never pushed on adding more work but I knowing when I bought my home these shut off valves were all replaced I saw the rust and new it was a matter of time. Steve is very knowledgeable, professional, quite efficient in his work, clean and did an AMAZING JOB!! I am so happy to have found Cabrillo Plumbing and intend to be a loyal customer. You will not be disappointed with this company, Sal has great phone manners and is a blessing in answering/scheduling my call. Steve knows his stuff!! Thank you Cabrillo!!

I called Cabrillo Plumbing early this morning because my shower was draining slowly and my toilet wasn't flushing correctly. I was very happy to be able to schedule an appointment today and even happier when David Preciado arrived earlier than expected! He diagnosed and repaired the problems quickly and was done in about an hour ! His work was neat and clean. I will continue to use Cabrillo Plumbing in the future.

Cabrillo is our go to plumber. Has been keeping our house in shape for over a decade, from pressure regulator, to electronic furnace filters, to retrofitting gas fireplaces, to ordinary faucet repairs. Responsive, reliable, and professional, every time. I wish every company was run like Cabrillo.

We had a sluggish kitchen sink that Todd took care of promptly and expertly. He was on time, cordial and efficient. He cleaned up the work area thoroughly. We're also planning to replace two toilets. Todd took measurements and checked in with the office to see if the model we were interested was available. We'll definitely use Cabrillo (and hopefully Todd) for installation.

Frank, Eric and Javier recently replaced our hot water heater. They were professional, friendly and cleaned up the area nicely afterwards. A month later we had a leak next to dishwasher under the sink. Called in the morning and that afternoon Robert came out to fix the problem by replacing the old garbage disposal and air valve. He too was professional, friendly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Also did the annual heating maintanence and helped me better understand the heating system in my house. I'd definitely recommend Cabrillo. They are expensive but feel timing, product and quality of service is worth it.

Our main sewer drain suddenly slowed dramatically on Sunday evening. Called Cabrillo, reached Sal, they showed up at 8:00am Monday morning. The job was ambiguous, in a 125-year-old Victorian, and required a lot of work and testing, but the tech (Todd B) was resourceful and determined, and he got the job accomplished. We've called on Cabrillo for many years, and have always appreciated their excellent and knowledgeable service. They are reasonable in price while observing very high standards of professionalism, being very easy to work with, and being considerate of customers' premises. Would highly recommend Cabrillo and Todd.

Our 20+ year old furnace started making a disturbing noise. I called a number of HVAC contractors and got no response. Called Cabrillo and they called me right away and scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem. Frank and Matt came out and checked out the situation, followed up with a quote for the work and a repair time was scheduled when the necessary replacement parts were available. Cabrillo followed up with text and email appointment reminders. Frank and Matt came back and did the work in a fast, professional, respectful and friendly manner. They took the time to explain the repair, they always wore masks and were obviously knowledgeable about what they do. I would use them again for sure!
