Super ideal ! Robert came out to install a new thermometer/switch for our wall furnace and gave us 2 different options. We went with a fairly basic model since that's all we really need, and it works beautifully. The installation is also much better/cleaner than the previous one -- that older one was installed by a different company. It's soooo nice to have a heater that works!!! Getting an appointment was also straightforward and simple. Thank you!

Had a break down in my HVAC system and Cabrillo responded with a service call the next day. Frank came to evaluate and gave an estimate for a new heat pump system, answering all of my questions thoroughly. He sent a crew within a week to start the work. Erik and Daniel did terrific work during the four day install. Cabrillo is always professional and thorough.

WOW, Fast Fast Fast! Twice I've called late in the morning and the job was finished my late afternoon. First was a sink drain that I couldn't hook up to non-standard sewer, the second was a leaking water heater. Brian Buffard was great! I wanted to install tankless but he explained why the galvanized pipe the old house meant tankless would likely fail quickly. We went with a new tank. The job was done and he left before 4pm.

Cabrillo PLUMBING HEATING and AIR has helped us with all three and we are grateful. Extra kudos to Rob (pictured), who led the expert team of Fernando, Daniel, Frank, Javier and Phil as we switched from gas heating, water heating and regular A/C to the more modern and energy efficient HEAT PUMPS. The work was a big job and the final install and connections were beautiful (a word I have not used for this kind of appliance before). Geesa and Sal at HQ helped with scheduling, permits and rebates. No law required us to make these changes, but current rebates and incentives made it more appealing, and Cabrillo completed it all on schedule. We recommend Cabrillo without reservation and we will definitely use them again (though we hope we never have the need).

Frank Chichetti and his crew from Cabrillo Plumbing did an amazing job with the installation of our new heat pump water heater and furnace. This was a major install that took a week but we are very happy with the results! We highly recommend Cabrillo Plumbing for their electric heat pump installation expertise!

Wow! Such a positive experience. Rob and Javier (?) were awesome. We had a gas water heater fail on Memorial Day, called and had appointment first thing the next morning. They showed up on time and as expected, were super communicative, and able to source a water heater in the same day. Worked involved and options were explained clearly. Rob was courteous through out. What impressed me was how detailed he was and explained everything to me about what was wrong and what he was doing to fix the issue. With Cabrillo you truly get what you pay for. They may be a little more expensive than other Plumbing and heating companies but the service is impeccable. Robert worked with us for 2 years before we decided to pull the trigger and replace our furnace and duct system. He was thorough, answered all our questions and gave us all our options. Made us feel absolutely comfortable with our decision. When the work started Eric and Javier continued that level of service by answering all our questions and even redoing some work to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with the position of the furnace and the ducts. Even the inspector who came out said that he has not seen better work. Money well spent!

I entered my kitchen this morning to find a great deal of water on the floor, in front of refrigerator. The water filter had cracked and water was seeping out of it at an alarming rate. I called Cabrillo (on speed dial!) and the young woman answering the phone calmly talked me through the steps needed to turn off the water valve to the fridge. Unfortunately, our valve was not under the sink but somewhere else--but WOW! She definitely had triage skills! Ace Plumber Steve arrived in about 45 minutes, found the turn-off valve, helped mop up, and changed out the filter. He made sure it was working and helped get the fridge back in place. I know this wasn't a Big Thing in a Plumber's world-but it sure was to ME! Throughout his work he was upbeat, friendly, and gracious ...YAY Cabrillo!!!!
