We've used Kruse plumbing several times and continue to use their service as we are always pleased. We just had Kruse visit for a pipe that burst with the recent harsh winter (pipe froze). Service was prompt, thorough, and informative. The price point was honest and our pipe no longer leaks.

We are very satisfied and recommend Kruse when asked for recommendations.

So, I thought I could replace the junky old spigot on the outside of my house myself, and I tried doing it on the friday before Memorial Day weekend. Long story short, I broke the shit out of that spigot but I could NOT get it unscrewed, and it doesn't have a shut off valve, which meant that I couldn't turn the water to my house back on until it was fixed. I called up C.H. Kruse Plumbing, and after a sob story about potentially having to spend the 3 day weekend festering in a house with no water, they agreed to swing by that afternoon, despite not really having official availability that day. He managed to get the spigot off, and I finished up as I had previously planned. I'm so grateful they were able to come help me out! I will absolutely have them out to do other work for me in the future.

It's been several months since I had this company out to do some work and I've just had an issue come up which reminded me to write a review.

The main issue I called for, a hose bib replacement, wasn't even attempted. The tech arrived a few minutes before I did and couldn't wait to tell me that although it obviously needed repair, he wouldn't touch it because the siding would need to be cut away to access the bib fully. Ok? Not only was I disappointed that the main job couldn't be done, he also didn't offer any alternatives or direction on how I should proceed.

I then asked to have the hardware on my two tubs replaced. The tech had to leave to get parts which took a while, and when he returned he reeked of cigarette smoke, which was off putting. He replaced the parts, and told me that the front plastic piece for the tub handle didn't fit and another one would be needed, leading me to believe he'd ordered it and would put it on later. (The one I have is really old and yellowed.) Nope, I've never heard another peep and don't have the part.

The final thing, which I didn't notice until after he'd left was the ridiculously shodding job of caulking he'd done around the new tub parts. Seriously, it looks like a child did it. When I get home tonight I'll take a photo and attach to this review.

All told, I would not recommend this company based upon my experience with this tech. I paid around $500 to have some surface tub parts replaced and the work done was not up to par.

By the way, another local plumbing company is taking care of the complete hose bib repair, siding and all, so again I'm not sure why that couldn't be done by CH Kruse, although given the quality of the other work done it's probably just as well.

I just found out this morning that I had a leak behind my kitchen sink. The water was spraying out a pipe behind the wall and I had no idea how to turn the water off. I called C. H. Kruse and they were able to send someone out within the hour. Kirk looked at it and was able to give me a knowledgeable and realistic assessment of the situation. He fixed the problem and suggested some next steps to help keep this from happening again in the future. Now I just hope my insurance company proves to be as easy to deal with. I will definitely be using C. H. Kruse again.

My disposal broke down just in time for thanksgiving. Luckily I called C H Kruse Plumbing and they had someone there the next day! They called before hand to let me know they were coming, it took them an hour and they had everything they needed to do the work with them. (PS Great customer service) The work got done very quickly and they were clean while doing so. The new disposal works perfectly! Thank you so much for helping us and making this SO easy and affordable.

I needed our toilet replaced, and they were able to come out within a day to get it swapped out. They did the work very quickly, and they did it right the first time. New toilet works perfectly! The prices were also very reasonable. Very happy with the service I got from C H Kruse. :)

Just had a visit from Ian for a leak under out sink. Quick, personable, knowledgable. Fixed the problem and corrected some ""non-code"" pipe installation. I'm SO grateful! And the people in the office are very helpful & friendly. All around a good experience.

We needed a plumber when our generalist contractor ended up unable to to install new shower fixtures during a bathroom remodel. I called the owner Ryan at the recommendation of an employee. I received excellent customer service from start to finish.

Ryan personally came out and assessed the situation and was able to promptly locate missing parts for the project. A couple days later, an employee named Donny came out to the house and completed the job. He was fast, and kept the work area clean. Even though he needed to cut through a bedroom wall to access plumbing behind the shower, he did it in such a clean, professional way that patching the sheetrock after he was done was a piece of cake. I was surprised at how quickly he took care of the job!

I highly recommend C.H. Kruse Plumbing for their excellent customer service and professional know-how!

I am a local Realtor with Premiere Property Group and needed a plumber to do an air pressure test on the pipes for a winterized HUD home. These guys were the only local plumbers with the correct equipment that could make time for me. Not only were they on time and friendly but they were also very patient while we had to wait for the PUD to come out and turn on the electricity (they were supposed to have already done it but forgot). Once they did the test, the gentleman was so knowledgeable he was even able to diagnose the problem just using air, most plumbers would not have been able to do that. And he fixed the problem for free in a matter of minutes! I didn't even ask for a diagnostic and repair, now that's sevice! I will recommend these people to anyone!

Our kitchen sink had been backing up off and on for a few months when suddenly the problem became more like, ""Oh, the sink WON'T drain now."" Great.... We chose CH Kruse because of all these awesome reviews on Yelp and we're now pleased to throw our positive review out there as well. The plumber showed up on time as schedule, quickly snaked the sink drain, found a gross ball of solid cooking oil (presumably from the previous owners, as I never dump oil down the sink) and just like that, my sink drains again! Prices were far, service was quick. Hopefully I won't HAVE to be a return customer, but if the situation arises, I will definitely be calling them again. Thumbs up.
