Great job. One handle was ridiculously difficult to turn and the stopper needed adjustment. Jaime changed out the kit on top. It works great. Stopper was adjusted too. Very nice guy too. I will use these guys again should the need arise.

Their professionalism, exceptional attention to detail and stellar customer service sets them miles above the competition. We were referred to this company for a second opinion about a plumbing issue in our house, and man I wish they had been the first company that we called. They were able to come out to assess the problem quickly and the gentleman that came out to help us, Bobby was awesome! He took the time to do some poking around and explain to us what exactly he was doing and answered the many questions that we had, which instilled trust in him and they company he was representing. They kept great communication with us, were honest and upfront about everything through the entire process and were able to start the repairs quickly! The project wasn't a simple repair but the crew was able to get the entire job done in 2 days which was a huge blessing! I will never rely on another company in the future for my plumbing needs besides C.H. Kruse. I wouldn't hesitate referring them to anyone in need of a plumber. They have created customers for life!

I called right after Christmas to see if someone would check the leak on the front spigot of my home. The woman that answered the phone and set my schedule was professional and friendly. These folks were so nice! After a bathroom remodel, our hot water in the tub wasn't getting near hot enough. I called to make an appointment and the very nice lady at CH Kruse suggested I google and watch a quick You Tube video, because the repair could be something simple. She was correct and I was able to fix it within five minutes AND she saved us $200 for the appointment. I will definitely call in the future for our plumbing needs!

I came home from a week-long trip to find that I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I have so much dread when it comes to hiring someone to do work on my home. I own an 80 year-old home and have had at least five different plumbing companies come out to do various repairs or installations. Each time I felt like I was ripped off or taken advantage of. Seriously, you should not have to ask your plumber to do work that is up to code! That should be their standard. This time I searched yelp and read some company reviews. I gave C.H. Kruse a call and Jen told me she could send someone out that afternoon to take a look. Kirk came out to take a look, and within less than five minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, which was the faucet itself. I worked with Jen to schedule someone to come out the very next day to install a new kitchen faucet. A different guy, also named Kirk, came out today to do the installation. I am so impressed with both Kirks! Both of them are knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and trustworthy. Kirk #2 replaced the faucet quickly and without any issues. He assured me he would be out promptly should anything come up, and to not hesitate to call. After this experience I will not hesitate to call C.H. Kruse for any future plumbing needs. They have earned my confidence, respect, and appreciation. Thank you, Kirks 1 and 2!

Ryan, the owner of the company just showed up at my house in person and was extremely apologetic about the whole situation. He gave me a crash course in plumbing while I was here with him. He really knows his stuff. we developed a plan for a low cost solution first before the expensive re-pipe solution which I really appreciate. I really felt like he cared about my situation and the previous mistakes. I am going to give these guys another shot and I recommend you do too. If the owner cares enough to come out in person to correct a mistake that's a company you want to do business with.
