STAY AWAY - absolutely the worst clueless plumber in NJ. Has no idea how to handle any job, uses a ton unnecessary pipes and fittings to make your home look like a Super Mario Brothers level and overcharges as soon as the owner sees a nice car in the driveway.

I had a great experience with BZ Dependable. Their service is excellent, and they always get the job done in a thorough and professional manner. Over a year ago we changed the faucet in our kitchen. After a year it became loose and we didn't have the proper tools to fix the problem. They came back today and fixed it free of charge, that is what I call great customer service! They are a wonderful company to do business with and I highly recommend BZ Dependable.

Dropped them after being charged an outrageous amount for a 45 minute job recently. Wanted to charge me for a 29$ transportation fee but since I wasn't made aware they never did charge me. Things change and people make adjustments so we are looking elsewhere for mor economical rates because the last job was way over priced

Used by an elderly friend to replace customer provided simple bathroom faucet with two 8"" supply lines. BZ was there for less than an hour and gave him the biz by charging him an outrageous amount. (I'm a diy guy who knows what's involved.) When my friend complained the plumber replied- ""That's the going rate"". Unfortunately there's no state regulations regarding usual and customary rates that can be charged by plumbers. Buyer beware.

Overpriced. Scam Artist. Stay away!!!!!The most expensive services, charging more than plastic surgeons for his surgery. They gave me an estimate for winterizing plumbing $700 and + I almost fainted.I called to other local plumbers, the quotes was $150 for the same job

They charge money for an estimate and tell you it's a service call not an estimate because they performed a diagnostic. I described the cause of the problem over the phone to them when I made the appointment. I needed an estimate not your diagnostic. Money grab is all this is...

Brian and crew have been coming to my home for several years. They are professional and always resolve a plumbing problem without hesitation. The fact that they always treat my property with respect is a big plus. As for the office staff, they are always nice and cooperative! I think that they are a little pricey, but it doesn't deter me from calling them. Definitely 5 stars!

This is a very expensive plumber and not very honest on giving you the estimated price .. they gave me an estimate two times more expensive compared to the other 2 plumbers. I will never use this company!!!

We've used BZ Dependable on several large jobs. The first was replacing a decades-old boiler. The second was replacement of the main pipe to the sewer. Both jobs were done extremely well. The sewer line issue was the biggest. After years of water backing-up into our basement Bryan and team gave us several options to fix the pipe. The first option we tried (and what was to be the least expensive) was thwarted by the no-show of a sub-contractor. We then decided to go with full replacement of the line. Though it was more expensive, Bryan honored our original agreement and replaced the line at the original cost. Would definitely use BZ again.

I had water damage in my basement and needed to replace rusted water and gas values. After giving me a free estimate and thoughtful options, Brian and his team promptly arrived to address the problem to my utmost satisfaction. They were all extremely professional, paid very close attention to detail and efficient without compromising on quality. I was totally satisfied and pleased with the final results that the following week, I called them back to reposition my washer and dryer to the utility room.
