This company is very rude and unprofessional. I was suppose to get a water heater installed on Thursday, so I took off work to wait on Bynum. We the tech showed up he had the wrong water heater. He looks at me and says You have to reschedule they gave me the wrong water heater and I have other jobs to do. I asked if he could just switch it out sense it was 2:30 and my open window was from 2 to 5. He rudely said no and left.I called the company to reschedule for Saturday. I took off work again and guess what they never showed or called. This company is horrible and I can't believe that Home depot is contracting them out. I can' believe that they still have a buisness. I wished I had checked Angies's list and read the reviews before I went with this company. Please don't use them it is a waste of your time and money.

I would like to express my appreciation to Bynum and Son's for the excellent and professional service provided in the installation of my new water heater. I purchased the water heater at Home Depot, and they set me up with Bynum and Son's for the delivery and installation Many times the service technicians don't get the regonition deserved for a job well done. I especially want to Thank the technician Matt S. for doing a fantastic job. He not only did an excellent job installing the water heater he also explained in detail the whole process, how long it would take, and educated me on how to care for my water heater to get the maximum performance and extend it's life span. He told me water heaters should be drained once a year to clean out residue buildup. Doing this process results in cleaner water output and also prolonging the life span. I only write reviews when I receive exceptional service. Matt and Bynum and Son's Plumbing get a thumbs up. Thanks again and in the future should I ever need plumbing services, you can bet I will call these guys. Thanks, Curtis Carpenter

We just contracted Bynum thru Home Depot to install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Couldn't have been a better experience. The plumber was on time, finished the work quickly, demonstrated the faucet and the garbage disposal and cleaned up after his work. He was extremely courteous and helpful and showed us how to use a couple of tools which were included with the disposal and faucet. We would call them again.

This was the worst experience. We contracted with Home Depot and they sent Bynum and Son. The owner Sean, was rude argumentative and refused to listen to the damage his plumber caused. Please do not allow this company into your home. The worst experience in our years of using Home Depot . Home Depot is working on our issue now. Keep your home away from Bynum and his rude son.

This company is the pits! I was told my kitchen sink and faucet would be installed on Friday from 1-4 pm. I receive a call on Friday at 10 am to set up my appointment! I told them I already was scheduled, but they did not have a record of it. They finally admitted that I had an appointment, but the installer did not feel comfortable installing my type of sink...a normal sink! I called Home Depot, which uses this company, and they called them and arranged to have them stick to my original time. I insisted that a qualified installer be sent and not the inexperienced one. Well, they arrived around 3:30 and proceeded to do the work. Then I'm told he is not able to get the sink out because he believes it is glued down. He wanted me to take it out because he could damage the counter...or sign a waiver to not hold them responsible for any damage. I told them that is why I hired an installer and they should proceed without a waiver. They refused and Home Depot was of no help either...real customer service...NOT! I tried, to no avail, with 3 Home Depot managers until I finally went back for a refund of the installation price. I then called my builder from 5 years ago and he said the sinks are not glued. He gave me the name of his plumber and it will be taken care of at a cheaper price. If this company had sent a qualified plumber, the sink would have been installed on time. Beware of this company and don't expect Home Depot to help.

About as unprofessional as it gets. Bought a water heater from Lowes, they hired Bynum to install. Never made it to the house with 3 tries over a 3 week period. Last try I called 1st thing in the AM to verify and then we called 30 minutes before the delivery time was to end and they verified again that they would be their and they never showed. I called Lowes and had them refund me the water heater. Called Mr Plumber and they are installing the water heater next day.

Worst installer Lowe's uses. Poor customer service. Poor employee quality and will remain at the bottom of my list. Subpar work. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW THESE NEANDERTHALS INTO YOUR HOME TO WORK. After several surly phone calls regarding scheduling an install for Lowes Home Improvement, the plumber shows up late, and without the necessary tools to do the job. I would never recommend Bynum to my worst enemy.

I contracted with Home Depot for a new countertop with installation of a new cooktop. They contracted with Bynum for the removal of the old cooktop and installation of a new one. I would give them one star, except for the first person who was prompt and good at removing the existing cooktop. However, he was told he was removing a sink, not a cooktop. When they scheduled the installation of the new cooktop for Friday at 3:00, the called to say they were running late, but would be there by 6:00. I called them at 7:00 to find out what was happening, but got their voicemail. I never heard back from them again, and now have to reschedule with HD for another plumber. After reading all their bad reviews, I don't understand why HD uses them.

Very unprofessional. Not prepared to do the job contracted for. Home depot uses this company for plumping work but should cancel any contract as the workers sent to my house were rude and go angry when I insisted they do the work that was contracted for. I would never use this company.

VERY RUDE!! Talked to the so called Supervisor named Sydney....they kept calling because they said my Home Depot card wasn't going through, called Home Depot and everything was fine with my card...come to find out the father and son duo wrote down the wrong card number...no biggie, husband calls back and gives them the right card number and a week later they called my husband saying the card still won't go through, called Home Depot AGAIN and still card was fine.....this time I called the office and spoke with Sydney, and said I'm not understanding what the problem is? She had the worst attitude ever and I said look y'all are the one's that are messing up...my card is fine and obviously your team or you can't write down numbers correctly...she read out the account number to me since I had my card in front of me and guess what!? She read off the wrong card number....one number was wrong just like the first time....so basically you mess up TWICE but you harass my husband and I because you're too dumb to get a card number correct!? Home Depot needs to find another company to work with because this company is a piece of s*it!! And reading reviews says a lot...and you never know who knows who so being that I know some people that can make some reviews really get looked at, I think Sydney might want to change her attitude because this doesn't end here with me. Very disappointed!!
