Burtech Plumbing was transparent from the start. They gave me an estimate that was the real thing, they stood by it and they knew what it would take to change my water pressure regulator from my description. They gave the quote in a message and did not need to come and inspect first. They sent Jaime their field specialist plumber and he was professional, efficient and happy to explain the process.
It was a great experience, all is fixed and I feel I know my place better now. I can recommend Jaime L.'s work and Burtech's professional responsiveness!

In the decade+ of being on yelp, I've written maybe two reviews but I had to make sure the internet knows how wonderful Burtech is. Mike came out and spent a few hours working on some outdoor plumbing stuff for us that was old and worn out. He has the BEST attitude, is super incredibly friendly, was incredibly thorough on resolving the issues we had, and even let my 4yo hover around for an unreasonable amount of time because he's in a big plumber/constructionyone with equipment phase. We had a backed up drain in our downstairs laundry area being clogged from the kitchen sink. Called Burtech, for the first time ......, and Jose showed up in less than 20 minutes, went to work and fully addressed the problem. Both kitchen and laundry area flowing better than ever. Super reasonable price and a 90 day warranty for follow service if needed. We recently moved back to North county and I have noticed Burtech's trucks on the road. We had a toilet and shower backup on a Saturday. I tried clearing the line myself with a 25' powered snake but the problem persisted. Seeking a professional at that point, I called Burtech and we set up an appointment for several hours later. But only about 15 minutes later I got a call from Jose at Burtech who asked if he could arrive sooner. Of course, that was fine with me and he was here within 30 minutes. After a quick assessment by running water and checking a nearby cleanout, Jose said the toilet had to be removed to find the blockage. Now, I have removed many toilets myself (and installed the very toilet we were discussing) but their price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. After placing down ""puppy-pads"" to protect the floor tile, Jose removed the toilet and found a huge mass of small roots in the toilet drain pipe (which explains why my snaking the shower and cleanouts didn't work). I had never seen such a thing, yet he said he had just cleared the same type of blockage at his very last job (no substitute for professional experience). Anyway, he replaced the toilet in record time, tested for leaks and proper flow, and was on his way after probably less than 60 minutes. That check to Burtech was the happiest check I have written in 2022. Highly recommend this company.

This company is outstanding! This is my second time they have saved me from another company. The first time the own came to my house about two years ago and fixed my drain in the kitchen and saw there was a problem with the bathroom drain, that was in the same area and repaired that line for the same price and lower than the other company price.

This time Steven Ernst came because I thought I need a new hot water heater. He trouble shot the problems and found that another company left a valve open that mixed the hot and cold water and save me $1895!

We need more companies like BurtechPlumbing.

After having four different plumbers come out to give me quotes on replacing my 40 gallon water heater with a tankless outdoor water heater which involved piping through a crawl space, Jaime was a breath of fresh air.
