I highly recommend Burtech Plumbing. Recently, I needed a new kitchen faucet and Gino came out to give me an estimate. I had gone online and picked out three potential candidates and Gino told me not to get any of them because they would not hold up well. He recommended two other brands and I ordered one of those. When he came out to install it, he was very efficient and did a great job in a timely manner. On both occasions that Gino came to my house, he arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and conducted himself in a very professional manner.
I'm so happy with my new faucet and soap and hand lotion dispensers. I wish every company was as easy to work with as Burtech Plumbing.

I really appreciated Burtech's fast response to an urgent problem. The plumber was friendly and fast in correcting the problem. However, I was shocked at the bill...$156.00. This was for 20 minutes labor and a hose spigot and copper nipple. The lesson...ask first for an estimate.

Thank you Burtech for answering my call right away, and for setting up an appointment within 2 hours. I had a leaky garbage disposal and have family arriving tomorrow for Thanksgiving week so I was pretty stressed about getting the leak/disposal replaced ASAP. Jamie did a GREAT job, and was meticulous. Wearing booties, mask and gloves. He took all the precautions for COVID. I called at 9:30 and he was finished by noon time.

I always dread the process of hiring repair people but my tub had been dripping way too long. Bill called me back (instead of texting) and gave me a good idea of what to expect. I hate exchanging numerous texts when one phone call is so much better. Mike just finished the work and was professional and efficient. He even replaced the plastic pipe my previous plumber put in with copper. My new plumbers!!

The blockage wasn't where I thought it was but Mark isolated the problem and cleared the blockage with a snake. Beyond professional. I am adding Burtech to my favorites list.

I want to say thank you Steven Ernest for taking the time to explain what was going on with my leak and giving me a fair estimate. I requested quotes from multiple plumbers with a wide range of prices and I felt he gave me a fair deal. He fixed the leak along with replacing another value so I could turn the water off. He even looked at three other concerns I had and offered advice. I would highly recommend Steven and will request him for future issues. Thank you again Steven!
