Calling a one-man plumbing business is a constant hit-and-miss - they don't call you back, they don't do what they say they would do when they say they would do it, they jack up prices on the spot... With 5 crews in the field and a dispatcher in the office, Burtech is different: they answered the phone right away, gave me a fair estimate and several two-hour windows to choose from; the plumber called 30 min before the appointment time, showed up on time, quoted me the price from the pricelist, did an excellent clean job, and recommended additional services without sales pressure (""Look it up on the Internet""). I'm adding them to my contact list for all my plumbing needs.

We had a kitchen sink leak and multiple faucets with hard water build up that were overdue for being replaced. Burtec was quick to send Steven out and he did a great job and was upfront with all of the pricing. We had him flush our tankless water heater while he was at our house as well. Geno also stopped in to help finish the job quicker. We will definitely use Burtec again for our plumbing needs.

I had a major back up problem on the mainline of the main sewer line for my rental property. I had two sets of Plumbing companies I had called. The first company came out and did not solve the problem. He did not recognize that that the clean out swept both ways and went the wrong way and then gave up and said he would need to come back tomorrow and then charge an additional $145 for a camera inspection. Fortunately I had Burtech plumbing as a back up Plumber and called them primarily because of the coupon for $59 that stated clean out service and also camera... which I needed. Within a few hours I had both Burt and Bill out there, one specializing in the clean-out machine and the other for the camera. The camera was used first and and it was determined that they were going in the right direction because of the sonar machine that detected the camera head underneath the concrete. Once it was determined where the problem was then the clean out machine was used and within a matter of five minutes the issue was resolved. Best $59 I've spent a long time. They got the issue resolved while the other plumbing company couldn't do it.

Burtech was awesome!! Responded to my inquiry within minutes and sent Gino out the next day (which was even a holiday) he fixed my drains and they even come with a 90 day warranty. I'm super pleased with their professionalism and the great work to get my drainage back in great working condition! Highly recommend!

Our kitchen drain was clogged and it was a nightmare. My husband called and they sent someone right away the next day. Then he came back replacing the bath tub spout for both of my bathrooms. He did the job really quick with great quality. Overall the service is fantastic. Danny McMullen of Burtech Plumbing resolved a longstanding problem of unstable hot/cold water in our showers by correcting a mis-installed hot water recirculation pump. It's so much better now.
