Worst experience you can imagine. Firstly they come and diagnose that there's a leaking issue due to gasket in bathtub, we're renting the house and gasket is old and worn out, not our issue. But they then go tell leasing company different story, had to get all parties on phone to resolve as leasing company was going to force us to pay, this should have been a warning!

So next the guy doesn't even have the part to fix, so he has to go and source one, he doesn't know how long it will take and our family was going out later so he gives me a card to call to book for the following week. Monday morning comes around and we are away and security gate calls and says plumbing company here even though I had never arranged for them to come back yet, we aren't home so they leave.

Suddenly I have this bill, penalty fee for the guy not finishing Friday even though he didn't have part and couldn't confirm when or even if he would be back and then another penalty fee for not being at residence for appointment that I never agreed to or booked.

So now what makes this story sad is I call the company and they flat out lie about everything, zero integrity zero honesty zero service and if I could give zero stars I would, run from this company run fast and far away don't let this dishonest firm get near your home!

Matt is really cool, reasonable and professional. He solved my problem and worked me towards a more cost effective solution. I hope I don't have additional plumbing issues anytime soon, but if needed I will call them immediately.

Jamie did an awesome job dealing with my toilet leak. He tried his hardest to get my landlord to buy a new American standard toilet so I wouldn't have any problems. The toilet is old and the parts are old which was causing the problem. He tightened everything up so that I didn't have to worry about it leaking onto my bathroom floor and damaging the property. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Thanks to Matt and Bill , they came out to my house to pull and reset my toilet. They were one time and very polite. The job took about an hour and they did an outstanding job. They left my house just as clean as when they arrived. We will use and recommend Burtech to my neighbors and friends.Also no up charges, get price.

We had a slow drain issue in our tub, so I called another company who quoted us $250 just to snake the pipe! Then I called Burtech (whom I found a coupon for) and they came over and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost. They also recommended we exchange the pipe, as this was becoming a common problem. They came back within the week to do that job as well. Jose was fantastic both times he came. Very polite, knowledgable, and did a great job. Each contact with the company in person or via the phone was professional and timely. I will use Burtech in the future!

Yes, I recommend Burtech. I used a coupon. Most of us would think that this is a ""come-on"" and that it's a ""foot in the door"" to do something for this amount and then upscale the repair into a large expensive project. This did not happen in my home. Jose was very nice, experienced, worked efficiently, and he finished my clogged drain issue in 25 minutes. He reamed 25 feet of drain, 2 times. That was it! His good work caused me to consider what else could be done here at home! This is a large company with over 100 employees and can take on all plumbing projects. Call them!

Burtech was great and fairly priced! Jose provided quick service to get our kitchen sink flowing again, just in time for a big family dinner we we're hosting. Not only that, but they came back almost two months later and made good on their guarantee and got us going again-no extra charge! We've got an old rusted iron drain line in our 1944 home and they are providing a quote to replace it soon. Need more plumbers like Burtech!

Burtech relined my sewer line from the house all the way to the end over a year ago. Bill and crew are great, they educated me on the problems and potential disaster looming (pipe starting to collapse in the middle of the street).

My street is notorious for sewer problems as everyone is at end of life for existing drains so I was able to compare what others had done. When Burtech was complete, which was rather quick, you couldn't tell work was done except for fresh paint from city marking underground utilities.

They also stand behind their work. I had a root intrusion a year later; they came out, found one more and corrected it.
