I had a good experience working with Dave Fults & Burtech Plumbing. I had my bathroom & kitchen refinished and needed to have a new trim kit & faucets installed to complete the refinishing work done. Dave came out on a Sunday and took the time to protect the surfaces he worked on and showed me how everything worked & the work he had done. He was clean & organized and really did a professional job; you get what you pay for and quality plumbing/workmanship is something you should pay a little extra for.

Jaime came to our home and changed out the plastic drain valve on our water heater, and replaced it with a brass drain valve. He explained the importance of having a brass drain valve and performed the job without incident and in a timely manner. Come on .. $115 to come out and fix our clogged drain. That's what I paid 30 years ago for a house call. We got estimates up to $175 just to come out . THIS was a flat rate and came with a 90 day guarantee.

I requested a quote late yesterday and they replied within a few minutes and were able to schedule an appointment early the following day!

The tech came out on time as promised and was friendly and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased.

Issue not resolved and I got charged. . The second plumber resolved the matter in one hour. I believe they gave up on the job to go to another call or didn't have the expertise to solve it. Sorry to say it,but it hurts my wallet.
