Noticed a leak in our garage ceiling which was directly underneath a second floor bathroom. Called around for a free estimate, not many places give a free estimate but Burtech did. Making the appointment was easy and the tech came out early (but first gave me a courtesy call to make sure I was ok with it) and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed where the leak was coming from which was a toilet that was not properly sealed by the handyman who installed it a few years ago. The tech did the job along with some extra stuff on the spot at a very reasonable price and did not try to upsell me on anything. i've been a homeowner for about five years and have dealt with quite a few companies who many times try to upsell or are shady so this was a good experience.

Burtech Plumbing will be my new go to for any plumbing issues I might have. From the initial call to the friendly receptionist, to the same day service, to working with Ian (one of their technicians) everything about this company is professional and responsive. Ian fixed the small issue( which we believed was bigger) and didn't even charge us for the service call. He was on time(early in fact) and was happy to help. It is so nice to find a person and company you can trust.

I was very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of Burtech Plumbing! From the initial phone call to Gino coming out and taking care of a clogged sink, completely first class and would highly recommend and use again.
They originally set me up for an appointment early next morning. They called back about 20 minutes later and said they could be out in about an hour! Gino came out and diagnosed not only where the clog was but some poor under sink plumbing issues. He took care of everything and left it clean and asked me if I would like help putting things back in place. Total 5 Star Service.

Clean out my clogged kitchen sink (just started renting this place) for the advertised price of $79 for a drain cleaning. It took about an hour total to disassemble the piping, clean up everything, and put it back together. The smell was foul and so too were the contents he cleaned out. Nico took care of me and was very professional and pleasant. I had another company come out the day prior - Elite Rooter San Diego - and the person they sent out said they weren't comfortable using a drain snake for my clean out (which Nico used and said would be absolutely just fine, which he proved to be the case). The Elite Rooter guy said I needed a hydrojetting and that would range from $300-600. Talk about a scam! Glad I got in touch with Burtech. I will be using them again for future services.

Dave Fults was GREAT! he was very personable, knowledgeable, and accurate with his findings. he was able to not only fix the original leak but through thorough investigation, found an additional leak off the same line & fixed that too!!! All in less than 4 hours. Burtech Plumbing is a number that will stay in my contacts for sure.

Thank you to Gino at Burtech Plumbing for installing two lav sets in an older bathroom. He was timely and I did not have to wait weeks for service from Burtech. Gino automatically put on paper booties, which I appreciated. He finished the job in a couple hours and left with all of the trash and older parts gone. I would highly recommend this business!

It's hard to find a plumbing company that is truly reliable and consistent with their good work. We've had Dave Fults with Burtech two or three times at our house and he's prompt (if not early but makes sure it's ok to be early), decisive with repairs needed, doesn't try to sell you on anything unnecessary and really just gets the job done leaving me feeling like our house was taken care of and I don't have to worry about it anymore. We all have busy lives and it makes a world of a difference to have service people who you can trust. Thank you Dave!
