Come on .. $115 to come out and fix our clogged drain. That's what I paid 30 years ago for a house call. We got estimates up to $175 just to come out . THIS was a flat rate and came with a 90 day guarantee.

I requested a quote late yesterday and they replied within a few minutes and were able to schedule an appointment early the following day!

The tech came out on time as promised and was friendly and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased.

Issue not resolved and I got charged. . The second plumber resolved the matter in one hour. I believe they gave up on the job to go to another call or didn't have the expertise to solve it. Sorry to say it,but it hurts my wallet.

Dave, my assigned plumber, called within the designated window, showed-up with the designated window, assessed my needs, provided an estimate to include possible extras depending on condition. He executed my various needs. Was clean. Not bothersome. Provided excellent ideas about future needs. All in all he exceeded my expectations. Go Dave!

Wonderful service. Phone call was answered immediately. Appointment was made for next day. Dave came out and was amazing. He educated me about our piping issues installed a faucet and rebuilt a toilet in no time. Took time to give me estimates on new water heaters and was super nice and respectful. Very happy with the quick response and service that I received from Burtech Plumbing. I needed a repair on my kitchen sink which flooded on Sunday night. I reached out on Yelp, and received a quick response. They were able to send a technician at 8 am Monday to give an estimate and also do repair if I approved. The estimate was very reasonable, and Dave completed the repair very quickly. He was careful to check for other problems and fix them too. I am very pleased with the service I received and Burtech will be my plumber to go to in the future. Thank you!!

Leaving a review is not my thing but I was on my E-Bike cruising home and saw a plumbing truck a few houses down and as an electrician, I get people asking me questions from all over the neighborhood as though I am not busy and it's hard to throw a smile on your face and stop what you are doing to answer all of their ridiculous questions.. BUT Jose stopped with a smile, answered my dumb toilet question and showed me an example of what I need to buy if I want it fixed today. When I asked if I could schedule Burtech he said ""of course but my guess is it wouldn't be until next week""

I ran to Home Depot and bought the part and was able to fix my toilet. But you best believe that going forward Burtech has a customer for life.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and I requested a quote and they replied within a few minutes and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! They sent Jose to my location and he was extremely courteous, polite and professional. He showed me the possible points of the clogs origin and after determining where the clog was he was able to clear it within 20-30 minutes. I highly recommend Jose and this company.
