Another amazing experience with Burpeer's Plumbing! Also noted again, No butt crack seen and even if there would have been a butt crack it would have been ok because, damn, what a tight butt on that plumber!

It was Sunday at 5:00 pm. We had just gotten back from a weekend trip out of town. I go to use the kitchen sink to wash some dishes and black smelly water starts coming up, filling the sink, on the sink side and the garbage disposal side. I try the garbage disposal; dead. I am baffled because I never put anything down the sink or garbage disposal, in fact I have strainers on both sides, and any chunks that get collected I dump in the trash can. Where can this clog be coming from? I run to Lowes and buy a plunger. I plunge a couple of times and now black smelly water comes up from the base of the faucet and spills all over the counter top. The kitchen is unusable. Time to call a plumber.

I do a google search, and Burpees Plumbing comes up at the top. They have very good reviews and I'm praying they're still open at this time, on a Sunday evening. Tracy answers the phone and says ""let me see if I can get you one of our plumbers"".

Jose O. amazingly agrees to come over Sunday at 6:00 pm to take a look at the sink. I am so grateful. He arrives on time and works very efficiently. He tries snaking it a couple of times, and gets the kitchen sink to a usable state, but a hydro jet will be needed in a couple of days to get the clog fully removed. We have an older house, and we've had to deal with clogs before, on the bathroom side, so I welcome this option, as I'm hoping it will prevent future issues.

My using the plunger broke some seals and now both kitchen sinks are leaking. Jose O. works hard, late into the evening, to ensure he leaves me with a usable kitchen sink, for which I am enormously grateful.

I appreciated Jose O., his hard work and skill, and his helpful and considerate attitude so much, that I asked him to help us with another job.

Two days later Jose O. and his skilled coworker came over, did the hydro jet and installed a new toilet for us.

I am extremely happy with the work they did, the kitchen sinks and the new toilet work great now. I would call on Jose O. again, next time I need a plumber, without hesitation. Him, Tracy, and the team at Burpees Plumbing were wonderful.

I called for a same day service for my clogged bathroom sink. After charging my card $150, I get a call to say, ""sorry, something came up and we have to do another day...""
Forget that! So now I have to be burdened waiting for the $150 I don't have because of them! Seriously??? Absolutely not okay and not giving a second chance for a messed up impression. Shame shame shame.. and they call themselves the Most Valuable Plummer? Hardly

Then I get a call, coincidentally after I leave this review and this messy company unsays ooooh we won't charge you and we can still come at that time... I can't believe this crap! Others health with their unprofessionalism too, if you look at reviews. Save from annoyance and just go with another plumber

I had a very bad and unprofessional experience with Burpees Plumbing. They came out to see the job and explained the problem to me and my neighbors. They agreed to do the job sent me the cost to do the job which I agreed to pay. The plumber and their main office were not communicating in regards to price and schedule which prolong the process. When we finally agreed on a date to complete the job which I rearranged my schedule for they came out to tell us that they ""can not do the job because it wasn't in their scope of work"" and the rep was rude and appeared that she didn't care. After coming out to inspect the job before and agreeing to do the job they told us this BS. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

Stephen and his crew were FANTASTIC. They were respectful of my space and took great care in protecting EVERYTHING in the home with plastic. They were professional, efficient and meticulous. Work was completed within the given time frame and they left my home clean. Couldn't be happier!

I just have to stop by to give a rave review to Pedro and the entire team at Burpee's Plumbing & Rooter for going over and above to make sure that my plumbing needs were handled in time for the close of escrow on a condo I had up for sale. Pedro and his entire team worked tirelessly to make sure that every detail was attended to and working properly before the keys were turned over to the new owner. They did an entire re-pipe, dry wall and paint, in a really complicated space and even fixed a few small things that saved me a huge headache trying to find someone else. I can't recommend them any more highly. Thanks guys, I really appreciate you!

The stress of moving into a rental that needed drains cleaned, faucets repaired or replace and a water heater flush was deescalated by calling Burpee's Plumbing. Jose was to the property as scheduled, on time and did the replacement/repairs timely. Burpee's is literally on speed dial as I navigate my move in.

After having 4 plumbers out to give us estimates on fixing a toilet problem, the 5th I called was Burpees. We were told almost 4 different things from prior plumbers were wrong and the costs ranged from $500 - $3800. One plumber, (Rooter Rooter) said the part was $15 but labor was over $400. Burpees came out and showed us the part that was needed, told us exactly the truth of what was wrong and the cost... $200! Sometimes, it's best to go with the neighborhood locals who still care about honesty.
