We cracked a pvc pipe while installing a regulator that caused a geyser! Found out about Burpee's from a friend who had used them for an emergency situation the night before. Alex arrived within an hour. He was very efficient and professional. Not only did he repair the leak, but removed a bunch of unnecessary overkill piping making everything much more streamlined and esthetically pleasing. The price that we paid was more than reasonable. We will definitely use Burpee's in the future and will ask for Alex by name. Thanks, Alex and Burpee's!

We had several other companies come out to install a new washer and dryer. After those other companies rudely told us how stupid we were for not having the right connections for our dryer, we called Burpee's. They showed up right on time, we're very polite, and took care of everything right away. Fantastic service. Full praise for their professionalism!

We were referred to Burpee's by a neighbor who had used them for many years. They attempted to clean out the main line to the street. They performed Hydrojet but were unable to clear the line. The charge to my elderly mother was $750. This was a minimum of $400 more than what other local companies subsequently bid. The plumbers who performed the work did not carry themselves in a professional manner. I spoke directly to the owner who really didn't want to hear anything negative I had to say. I was concerned that the work was not done properly. He spoke badly about the other companies that gave us bids to redo the job. He verbally agreed to send out one of his guys that he personally trained to ensure the work was done properly. Unfortunately, despite leaving three messages, we never received a call back and no one has ever come out to follow up with us.

This review is based on the behavior that I saw on the road today. A truck with ""Burpees plumbing"" on the rear was driving next to me and the individual in the passenger seat was the throwing chicken wings out the window on the freeway. This is a hazard to other people on the road, I just saw items flying in my direction towards my windshield which made me swerve a little to avoid what was coming in my direction until I noticed what it was. If I'm not mistaken it's illegal to be throwing things out the window of a moving vehicle.
