These guys are the best plumbers I've ever worked with. They're honest, professional and most of all the quality of work unbelievable. Phil Sands is a super nice guy and was able to assess, and fix our problem quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a true professional. I was across the country needing help having NO IDEA what to do, reached out and was BLOWN AWAY AT THEIR SERVICE. From the second I called till the end they were knowledgeable patient and walked me threw every step and fixed the problem!!. great service! We moved into an old building that was remodeled somewhat poorly, leaving several leaks that had to be fixed. They are fast and efficient! Especially Phil, who came on a Saturday expecting a simple blockage but instead found multiple leaks and issues, he didn't get annoyed or complain and even helped us try to figure out an issue with our washing machine that wasn't a plumbing issue. Due to multiple issues, Burpee plumbing had to come to our unit several times and everyone we dealt with was super pleasant and even let us watch as they worked explaining the process :)

Kyle arrived on time, did great work on our now 12 year old tankless water heater that needed maintenance and repair, water heater works like new and the price was just right. I will use these guys for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I have not used them as a plumber. But one of their plumbers drove past me and threw garbage out the window including a cigarette butt and other trash. He was also not paying attention to the road. I can't believe anyone would throw cigarettes out the window in an area where it will either start a fire or get washed into the ocean. This is deplorable behavior.

Great service both from owner who took my urgent call at 9 PM last night and Steven who came out first thing this morning. I had turned water off and cleaned up leaked water so we couldn't tell where the leak had come from. Steven stay almost an hour but still couldn't see any leaking water. About 1-1 1/2 hours after he left there was the water! Steven was back within minutes and worked hard to figure out where it was coming from. Fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself. All done cheerfully and kindly. And their rates are reasonable. Referred by my sister-in-law who also had a good experience with them. Will use Burpee's from now on!

Don't call them if they don't even try to address the issue Steve came to attempt to clear a drain stoppage he was here 5 minutes didn't even clear the stoppage and still had the nerve to say it would cost 150 for being here for 5 minutes and doing nothing these guys don't know what there doing called another plumber he arrived shortly and cleared the stoppage I will never do business with them again

Steve came after 8 last night went inti action. As it was late, he said he would be back in the morning to complete the job. Not only did he arrive at 6:30am, he promptly finished at 7:20. He cleaned up, made sure all was working promptly, and was Courteous!! Thank you Steve. I told the owner that this company is a keeper. Will definitely use this company for any plumbing issues going forward.

I was responsible for a terrible clog in my sink; I'd put old kimchee, ancient spaghetti sauce and prehistoric olives down the garbage disposal and the world of the kitchen came to a halt. No matter how many YouTube videos I watched and applied there was no way that clog would move. I was having a party the next day. I had cooking to do. I panicked and began to make a series of increasingly frantic phone calls to answering machines, people who were busy, robots, more answering machines, till, by the Grace of God, I called Mr. Burpee's Plumbing and Rooter. I spoke with a Mr. Phil Sands who said he would arrive, later that day and fix the problem. I believed him; he had the sound of a confident heart surgeon who has never lost a patient. Mr. Sands arrived the same day at the time he said he would. He was was tidy, efficient and businesslike. He worked CLEAN. He wore booties, he put down drop clothes... He analyzed the problem, which was actually not JUST MY FAULT, but the fault of the sink, and after much effort and dedication not only unclogged the drain but made it easier to unclog it in the future. It's unusual meet a tradesman who takes his work seriously and with as much professionalism as Mr. Sands. I also credit Mr. Burpee, from whom all good things flow, and keep flowing! I would never use another company.

Talk about service.

Burpee's plumbing is on top when it comes to customer service. I am on the younger side and own my first home so anything that goes wrong is scary as I'm not the handiest gal out there...and often times get taken advantage of.... (boo)

I had a leak in my washer, called Burpee's and within ONE HOUR there was someone at my house. His name is Kyle and he was super friendly, repaired the issue quickly and the cost was on point!! No hidden fees or up selling or lingo I didn't understand... he was to the point.

If you are in need of plumbing services, I would definitely recommend these guys. THANK YOU SO MUCH BURPEE'S!!!!!
