As always, Burke Family Plumbing came through for me. I had a leak last night, called them this morning, and they got somebody out here first thing in between jobs to take care of me. Exceptional service, always. Thank you!

I found Burke Family Plumbing when I first moved to Willis. The inspector missed something with the plumbing when I bought my house. Burke Family Plumbing came out to take care of it. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Several weeks later, the arctic storm hit and every one of my pipes broke. Again they came out and, this time, they re-piped my entire house. Today, was the third time since January that they've came out, this time to fix my new kitchen faucet which had a manufactures defect in it.

Really professional, showed up right on time, very polite guys. They fixed an emergency water heater problem quickly and even installed new valves! The job could not have gone more smoothly and I can't recommend Burke enough.

We have used Burke a couple of times in the past 2 years and were very impressed with their work and prices and didn't think twice about calling on them when we recently bought a new faucet and needed it installed. The faucet was an "easy connect" and my husband would have installed it himself if he were not handicapped. The 2-man crew showed up right on time and got to work. They finished the installation and was out the door in about 35 minutes and only needed to provide two adaptors for the supply lines that cost no more than $6 to $8. We were shocked when they told us the charge was $330.00. That would be approximately $650 per hour for a labor-only job. When we express our dismay, they told us they could offer a discount and dropped the price to $297 -- which we felt was still totally outrageous, if not price gouging. I called Burke and left a voicemail, but no one has returned my call or reached out to us in any way. We will not be using them again.

I'm new to the area and read all sorts of yelp reviews on plumbers before trying Burke Family Plumbing. From the very first call I've had a great experience. Easy to schedule, they showed up right on time, and they fixed three things: two shower fixtures weren't adjusted correctly and they ended up replacing a portion of pipe leading into the tub. They also cleaned up after the job was done. I found their cost extremely reasonable and will use them for all future plumbing needs.

Had a tub that wouldn't drain. The technician arrived the same afternoon as my call. So far, so good. He had to cut out about a 5 foot section of clogged PVC drain. The repair used maybe $20 retail price worth of P-trap and connections. I furnished the replacement pipe that I had, since he didn't have a long enough piece on the truck. He worked for about an hour and a half. Technician had to call the office for a price. It was a $126.00 service call, pull $300.00 more for the repair. Total of $426.00 for an hour and a half work and small parts. Averages well over $200.00 an hour. First, and LAST time I will use them. The owner says on his webpage "he believes in getting the plumbing field out there and doing good work for fair price." Fair price! I hardly think so. DO NOT use this company. Outrageously expensive!

A technician arrived on time but spent more than half an hour talking to their office for cost estimate. All they did in the end was to reconnect two existing garbage disposals to new sinks plus a couple of minor parts, it costed more than $500 and they worked barely 30 mins!

Our toilet was leaking from the seal. Called Burke and they couldn't do enough to help us. Definitely recommend them.

I have used Burke for several years now and although I have never had a good experience, the owner has always made good on the work. Typically the work is not completed correctly by his employees and I have to call again to have the plumbing work repaired. This last bad experience will be my last as I will no longer do business with this company. I now have a large hole in the wall because the "repair man" felt it was too dangerous to climb on the roof. The issue I called about was an ongoing issue that Burke has repaired in the past so when I called, I spoke with them directly about what the issue was and how it was corrected in the past. I even let the repair man know when he first arrived that the issue was a clog that was corrected via the roof. I basically paid Burke $200 to leave a massive hole in my wall.

Had Burke Family Plumbing replace a bathroom faucet. They arrived on time. Had the work complete quickly and made very sure the work area was clean. Second time to have them do work for me. Will definitely use them again.
