Had a tub that wouldn't drain. The technician arrived the same afternoon as my call. So far, so good. He had to cut out about a 5 foot section of clogged PVC drain. The repair used maybe $20 retail price worth of P-trap and connections. I furnished the replacement pipe that I had, since he didn't have a long enough piece on the truck. He worked for about an hour and a half. Technician had to call the office for a price. It was a $126.00 service call, pull $300.00 more for the repair. Total of $426.00 for an hour and a half work and small parts. Averages well over $200.00 an hour. First, and LAST time I will use them. The owner says on his webpage "he believes in getting the plumbing field out there and doing good work for fair price." Fair price! I hardly think so. DO NOT use this company. Outrageously expensive!

A technician arrived on time but spent more than half an hour talking to their office for cost estimate. All they did in the end was to reconnect two existing garbage disposals to new sinks plus a couple of minor parts, it costed more than $500 and they worked barely 30 mins!

I have used Burke for several years now and although I have never had a good experience, the owner has always made good on the work. Typically the work is not completed correctly by his employees and I have to call again to have the plumbing work repaired. This last bad experience will be my last as I will no longer do business with this company. I now have a large hole in the wall because the "repair man" felt it was too dangerous to climb on the roof. The issue I called about was an ongoing issue that Burke has repaired in the past so when I called, I spoke with them directly about what the issue was and how it was corrected in the past. I even let the repair man know when he first arrived that the issue was a clog that was corrected via the roof. I basically paid Burke $200 to leave a massive hole in my wall.

Had Burke Family Plumbing replace a bathroom faucet. They arrived on time. Had the work complete quickly and made very sure the work area was clean. Second time to have them do work for me. Will definitely use them again.

Recently I had a instant hot water heater installed by this company. This was through Home Shield. Who ever was sent out by Burke installed the hot water heater. This included the electrical as this was a electric water heater. There was an issue with the hot water heater that was being replaced as they left it hooked up in the attic. Evidently they either ran electrical or used another electrical supply. Home Shield did not send out anyone else. But the old water heater was still hooked up and turned on. This last week the breaker blew for the old hot water heater. It was a ground fault as we had to call Home Shield to send a electrician out to fix it. This could have burnt the building down. Now Burke says they do not do electrical hook ups at all. So how do they install electrical water heaters? I called to just make them aware of the situation. I talked to one of the owners who was very rude to me and blamed me for the problem. NEVER US THIS UNGRATEFUL COMPANY AGAIN.

I have used Burke Plumbing twice and found them on both occasions to be efficient and very well priced. On both occasions they went above and beyond. Did have to wait a day as it was non urgent but they arrived on time and worked to resolve the issues quickly! Definitely my local plumber!

Others say and I second that they are quick, professional, upbeat, positive, straight forward, and honest. I called and spoke with Kim on my way to work and schedule an appointment. Nathan (the owner) showed up to the appointment early, which I loved. He was great. He is very experienced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
