RUN!! I would give zero stars but it's not an option. Extremely curious about the 5-star reviews-from family and friends maybe? Here's a warning.
Burke was called out to determine the cause of gas water heater valve showing blinking lights. They said the valve was bad and gave us two options to fix it. To install a brand-new water heater or replace the valve. We chose the less expensive fix, $400 verses $2k and were told that the costly service call, $140, would be credited if we had work done. They supposedly came out and emptied and cleaned the system and replaced the valve, of which we had to wait until Monday after calling the week before because they had to order the part. The service tech came out while we were not home and was supposed to go into the garage to do the work. The next day the water heater was again flashing the same codes so Burkes was called to come out as they said it is a one-year warranty. The son of the owner was rude and argumentative and refused to replace the part they supposedly installed. He said the part was not warrantied because we bought it. Huh!! They ordered the part! He said, technically since we paid for it, we bought it so they wouldn't honor a warranty on a part we bought!! This is a new low in being a crook in my opinion! Come to find out from our contractor that was there that day, the tech was there for 20 minutes, and she never got out of her car and never came into the garage. We then called the office, was immediately put on hold, for a long time. So I called from a different phone not associated with the account and the receptionist immediately answered and we began to have a conversation. As soon as she realized I was part of the same household that she had on hold, she put me on hold! I finally spoke to her, she insisted that the tech went above and beyond to clean and drain the system and install the part, which we now know never happened, and said they do not credit the service call to your purchase. She continually spoke over me and raised her voice and said we'd have to speak with the office manager or owner on Monday. There are all kinds of crooked business practices and lies going on here and we would NEVER in a million years recommend this dishonest and shady business to anyone. Stay as far away from this company as you can at all cost.

We noticed our wood in front of our bar area in front of our dishwasher and kitchen sink was distorted. Burke Plumbing came out quickly and diagnosed the source of the leak and replaced our leaking disposal on the first visit. They also recommended a drip pan to catch any leaks in the future before they become a problem. They made sure our dishwasher, RO system and sink connections were not leaking as well.

I had a burst water pipe outside by the water main and Burke Family Plumbing came after hours and fixed it quickly. They were responsive, professional, and made a bad situation better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I have used this company for several years and have never had a bad experience. The prices and work have been done well. The other day I was running some
pretty warm water in my new sink as I heard a loud bang sound.
The two repair men came out and discovered that the sink had gotten a small crack in it from the pressure. Of course claiming they couldn't do anything and recommended I contact the maker since I bought it only about 2 years ago.
Upon thanking them for cruising by and informing me of this simple issue....I asked what I needed to pay for them driving basically 5 minutes from their office and taking around 5 minutes for their crack diagonals. I thought it would be something... not over $50,00,
The older mad looked at me and said... unfortunately you owe us $162.00.!!!!!
Ok... they did nothing and I understand they couldn't replace the sink and it will need to be replaced but DAMN.... $162.00
To just come and take a look!!!!! I went and paid but that's the last money they will ever get from me....
It was a damn joke.
I never thought consultations costed that much. I've had several repairs and construction done to my home and have never paid that much for a estimate!!!
Well, you guys enjoy your $162.00 for screwing me over!!!! That will be the last time for sure!

This is an amazing plumbing company! If I could give them 10 stars I would! We had them install a faucet and drain assembly on our new sink in our laundry room. It's truly refreshing to find a professional, reliable, and reasonably priced service provider for plumbing issues!! Thank you again Burke Family. I only wish you also serviced Tomball.

I found Burke Family Plumbing when I first moved to Willis. The inspector missed something with the plumbing when I bought my house. Burke Family Plumbing came out to take care of it. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Several weeks later, the arctic storm hit and every one of my pipes broke. Again they came out and, this time, they re-piped my entire house. Today, was the third time since January that they've came out, this time to fix my new kitchen faucet which had a manufactures defect in it.

If you need any type of plumbing repair, I highly recommend Burke Family Plumbing.
