Friday, late afternoon, there was water flowing out from under my kitchen sink and company was due for lunch the next day. I called Buri Buri Plumbing and Rich and Joe came over in less than two hours. They quickly figured out that there was a loose washer on my faucet and the water was flowing backwards and leaking under the sink. Rich tIghtened the washer and didn't charge me anything for coming over! Rich and Jo were honest and congenial.
They saved the day!

FREDDIE came to our house right on time to service our backed up sewer line. Since our clean out pipe is in our crawl space he got down in it with lights and camera and boring equipment. Not an easy task. He identified the problem first with camera and saw that there were lots of tree roots in the clay fitting of pipes. FREDDIE spent over two hours boring and inserting the camera to see work progress. Result was a completely clear sewage line with no debris or tree roots and a very dirty FREDDIE! Thanks so much for your excellent work today! We can now use our toilet

Called this morning about an issue with the plumbing in our house and Freddie and John just drove away after finishing the job. ~3 hours from calling for more info to having everything fixed! I'm really pleased.

I found the service great and friendly. When I called, I had a chat with the owner Rich who asked me great follow-up questions, had an idea of the issue based on the description alone, and gave me a quote for the work. The guys who came to do the work called when they were on their way over and were very helpful, answering my questions and explaining what they were doing at each step when I wanted to know more. The brought a camera with them so they could even show me what was happening in the pipes in my yard.

Would highly recommend! Buri Buri Plumbing was excellent and won my future business.

Buri Buri Plumbing is great, they are a local family-owned business. Either Rich the owner or his wife picks up the phone, they are very responsive. Apparently our kitchen plumbing's location is one of those unusual circumstances in which the pipes are prone to having tree roots grow into them. I was concerned about ripping up the floors in order to replace the pipes but Rich calmed me down and addressed the problem with his specialized equipment. It's difficult to find good tradesmen these days but Rich is someone that I would have no hesitation to call on again.

Buri Buri Plumbing is outstanding!! We had a leak under the house from our kitchen sink. We had to replace a significant amount of pipe. Rich the owner was excellent. The repair was completed quickly, he has great communication skills and very thorough throughout the project. We had before and after pictures and video to see the area in the crawl space. His team was also amazing. Very friendly, professional and cleaned up everything once they were done. I highly recommend Buri Buri Plumbing.

I called Rich about noon, as my daughter had texted me that her bathtub was full of horrible water when she left for work. clearly something was wrong and needed to be fixed. Despite it being a long weekend, and not planning to work today, Rich agreed to come, and arrived at my daughter's house within hours of my call. i was standing in the driveway, waving to him as he and his helper, Joe, pulled up! i was so so so happy to see him and so grateful that he would come on such short notice. He and Joe quickly identified and problem and got it taken care of before she even got home from her job as a kindergarten teacher.

Prompt, efficient, pleasant.....!!!! what a great guy. so very glad we found him! Yay, Rich and Buri Buri! Top notch in every way!!
