We had a clogged bathtub drain around 4 PM on a Friday afternoon and called Rich. He managed to squeeze us in at the end of the day and had it quickly fixed and running pronto. Very nice guy, totally professional and got us out of a pinch late in the day. If you have a plumbing problem don't hesitate to call Rich, he'll fix you up.

I've used Rich twice so far: once to fix a chronically clogging tub (no issues in more than a year now) and more recently to fix & replace some toilets. He did excellent work both times, was on time, communicates well, etc. He also gave me some great advice to prevent future issues.

It was pouring rain the other day and I had a clogged sink in the garage. Not good. On Friday.
I got a referral for Buri Buri Plumbing and it was 1:30 PM when I called, asking for help, asap. I actually couldn't believe that the owner, Rich came to my Menlo Park house within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, he had to get up on the roof, with his somewhat heavy equipment. He never complained about the downpour of rain that was happening.
Yes, he cleared the clog perfectly, and went on his merry way.
No kidding, he was just an amazing man and very serious about taking good care of his customers. I HIGHLY recommend his company!

I called Buri Buri after hearing good things on Nextdoor about them. I had a kitchen faucet installed by a handyman in the previous weeks and it was leaking. Rich came out, fixed the leak, adjusted the disposal and unclogged the dishwasher overflow. Rich was super nice, scheduling was easy and the price was reasonable! Rich should be everyone's go to guy for plumbing!

This company and its owner, Rich, are amazing. Rich just spent 30 minutes after hours on the phone with my regular plumber and me explaining how to fix our septic system that backed up. Very smart and generous with his time. I will be sending all friends and family to Buri Buri. Agree with other posts - Rich is as good as it gets!

I am very pleased with Rich and Buri Buri plumbing. I had them come out for a backed up shower drain and not only did Rich fix the problem with ease, he gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again. He was honest and reasonably priced (as reasonable as a plumber can be).

Also props to returning my phone call in a timely matter and squeezing me in last minute! Will be calling them again in the future.

I called Buri Buri at 650 681-2874 with a clogged kitchen sink and was connected right away and given an appointment exactly when I asked for one. Rich came on time and fixed my sink with the ease of a master and with the charm of someone dedicated to his craft and to helping people in need! It is such a breath of fresh air to do business with such a kind and smart professional. We needed new faucet fixtures installed on our outdoor garden hose locations. Actually, we needed four. Two outlets for each faucet. Rich was very thorough and professional and did a speedy repair of all! We also had an old kitchen faucet that was leaking and coming loose from the counter. I had purchased a new Kohler one to install. Rich explained to me that the Grohe faucet I had was still functioning and just needed to be tightened (which he did) and have the hose replaced. I am still debating whether to keep the old faucet as is or install the new one, which I have to admit I was eagerly anticipating having a brand new faucet on the kitchen sink!
If you need something fixed, call them! I'm pretty sure they will be able to help you. Quality work too. Our new faucets are practically bomb proof now!

The BEST. Response time was great and Rich snaked our outside pipe which had backed up and used the camera to show us the blockage. Just a really decent, honest guy with great professionalism and know how. We have found our plumber. Finally, someone trustworthy and knowledgeable.
