I've had a couple of great experiences with Bunnies Plumbing and Adhemar in particular.

First off, their response time is impressive. He is always quick to reach and responds promptly. With Yelp, I generally use some of the people that reach back out to me quickly. Adhemar did just that.

Both times I've contacted them, they were available to come out the next day. It's always a bonus when you don't have to wait long for a repair.

I've had them replace all the outdoor hose faucets around the outside of my house and also replace a garbage disposal and jet the clean out valve for the kitchen sink.

During the disposal install and cleanout, Adhemar sent me multiple pictures and videos of the progress. That's a huge benefit when I can't be present for the work that is performed.

Bunnies Plumbing and Adhemar will be my first contact whenever I need plumbing assistance with anything.

I sent a request to have my laundry bibs replaced from Yelp projects. Adhemar from Bunnies plumbing responded within a few minutes. Asked for photos and was able to give me a reasonable estimate right then. Provided additional feedback on what was needed. After checking a few other quotes, I went with Adhemar. He was able to replace the laundry bibs the next day. Also provided 1 year warranty from the service.

His customer service was great, friendly, transparent and informative. While he was here I also asked him to replace an outdoor faucet which was leaking. He was able to get that done as well.

Out of the blue our master bath started to smell real terrible odor few days before Labor Day weekend . We suspected it possibly is plumbing issue and going bunnies plumbing team to come and check . They checked wax seal for both our toilets and did thorough plumbing inspection through the house . After the wax seal fix up the smell stayed . Adhemar suspected thee could be dead rodent possibility and help to get contacts who could probably one and check . Unfortunately the first recommendation rodent company dint end up coming . But Adhemar kept in touch and tried to get another one of his contact. As it was Labor Day long weeks getting any appointment became very hard . But the 2nd company came in and did a check and setup all necessary traps and full inspection.
Finally the smell went away I'm a day or two . Adhemar was really reasonable in his pricing . What really awesome is he made sure he kept on touch and tried to help us find solution for the issue . I would definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing ! They are professional and also follow up exceptionally well which means they really customer service driven team .

We requested a quote from multiple plumbers through Yelp. We had slow sink drains that were not due to blockage. Some plumping was done wrong by the contractor. He was one of the first ones to reply. He showed up for the appointment on time. Fixed the issue. Very knowledgeable. Gave us a good estimate. Great work. Definitely recommend him.

Bunnies Plumbing had quick response and great service. They provided a quote in advance, stuck with their quote, and did a great job repairing the pipes and installing new spigots. They also pointed out a couple of areas of concern nearby, and I appreciated that they did not try to upsell but just to keep an eye on it, then act if it gets worse. I would hire them again!

I received excellent customer service from Adhermar! I had opened a Yelp project, and the first company to respond was Bunnies Plumbing. Adhermar provided information on what I need based on the pictures I submitted with the project. I called him to see if I could make an appointment, and by 5p.m. , he was at my house figuring out my faucet issues. The next day, he texted me that he had the part, and by 1:00 p.m., I had a new cartridge and no more leaks. I appreciate the level of detail he has to go over the options we had to fix our faucet.
