I called them on Jan. 1st, the first day of the year, request an inspection for my dishwasher pipes, they were able to come the same day, it was already late, they had a busy day and just had their lunch after dark, but they still managed to come to my place to do the inspection, and they were able to quickly figure out whether there's issues with the pipes, which is great! I'll definitely call them again if any plumbing issues in my place, and highly recommend!

Messaged Bunnies via Yelp on a holiday about an emergency shower valve failure that left my home without water. They replied quickly and were able to swing by that day--yay!

The estimate was fair and involved less collateral damage than the three other plumbers I met with. Bunnies was also open and direct about the potential additional repairs that may need to take place due to operating on such old pipes.

We replaced the water main plus the entire water system under the house which was a hefty job. We received several quotes, and Adhemar's was the most reasonable and most thorough. He came to the house and did a full inspection before providing a quote. He and his team are detail-oriented, tidy, responsive, and flexible. There were some hiccups like any home improvement project, but we were informed every step of the way in detail. Very happy with the work and will use again!

I needed a faucet replaced, have relatives in town for the holidays and they were the first to respond - on a Saturday afternoon. They arrived and went right to work, I had tried to do this job myself but couldn't get one of the joints loose for the life of me and I'm pretty handy. Replaced the faucet and stopper but the faucet had the wrong size fittings for my angle valves. Off they went to try and get converters. I had a leaking drain pipe under one of the master bedroom sinks. I tried fixing it myself, without taking the whole drain pipe and p-trap off. I went pretty crazy with the plumber's putty, but the leak continued. I found Bunnies Plumbing on Yelp and Adhemar was able to come out the same day. He was held up on the job before mine, so he arrived later than expected but kept me updated. Adhemar was able to fix the leak, clean up the mess I made with the plumber's putty, and he didn't even charge me because he was late. I will be calling him for any future plumbing problems!
