My bathroom angle stop valve started leaking on a saturday. I reached out to several highly reviewed plumbers on Yelp and Adhemar responded right away with a competitive quote. He was willing to come and fix the issue in the afternoon itself.

Adhemar's response rate is amazing and he is highly knowledgable about anything and everything plumbing related. He came over for an emergency repair of my garbage disposal and quickly realized that the device wasn't broken but just needed to be unblocked. Afterwards, he ended up leaving the tool he used to unblock the garbage disposal with us, for free. I'm doing some large construction on my front yard and as the construction started, I found a leak in my main water line and some nearby valves. I could have just replaced them but I thought this would be a good opportunity to replace the whole main water line (currently in PVC) with copper. I reached out to few plumbers, including Bunnies Plumbing.

Adhemar came within 30 minutes on Sunday afternoon. He was very friendly and clearly explained to me what needed to be done to fit my requirements. His quote was not the cheapest but not too excessive either.

After giving me a quote, and I think what I appreciated the most from his visit was, he asked me where is my cleanout? He recommended me looking into this before laying pavers on top. I knew about this and also asked a few people but no one so far could help me locate mine. Adhemar then ran a snake from the back of my house to the front (for free!), identified a few issues and recommended me installing cleanouts before laying pavers.

On that night I did more reading on this and knew I really needed to do this. This meant I now had a situation on my hand: need new copper line, new cleanout and more importantly all of these need to be done within 2-3 days before the construction crews started working on the surface. Time was really of the essence here!

On Monday morning I called Adhemar, explained to him the situation, then we agreed on the price and he said his crews could come at 2pm! I then coordinated with my construction crews to prepare the site. 2pm Adhemar and his team came and got right to digging. On Tuesday they finished the copper line and started moving on to Cleanout. On Wed they came back and finished the rest of the job!

During the process, he and his team were friendly, understanding and easy to work with. They also worked very well with the construction crews and that's something I was very happy with.

I had a few requests for him along the way and his teams had no problem following them, eg:

- Made a turn of 45 degree for the pipe to avoid hitting the wall (even when this meant more digging)
- Compact dirt with jumper jack
- Installed cleanout near house on planting area

The final works looked great!

Adhemar also took time to go into my crawl space and inspected my house's overall plumbing. He identified a few issues which I would work with him again on (more business for him!).

Overall I'm very happy with the works. We got the plumbing jobs done on time and construction could continue with minimal disruptions. All of this happened while on a very tight timeframe all thanks to Adhemar and his team!

I called them on Jan. 1st, the first day of the year, request an inspection for my dishwasher pipes, they were able to come the same day, it was already late, they had a busy day and just had their lunch after dark, but they still managed to come to my place to do the inspection, and they were able to quickly figure out whether there's issues with the pipes, which is great! I'll definitely call them again if any plumbing issues in my place, and highly recommend!

Messaged Bunnies via Yelp on a holiday about an emergency shower valve failure that left my home without water. They replied quickly and were able to swing by that day--yay!

The estimate was fair and involved less collateral damage than the three other plumbers I met with. Bunnies was also open and direct about the potential additional repairs that may need to take place due to operating on such old pipes.

They were able to complete the repair in a timely manner without the massive fix that could have been needed.
