We needed an emergency call on a Saturday night. We called other ""so-called"" 24-hour services (name only); no one called us back. Our last call was to Bumble Breeze. Got a real person, Cindy, right away. She called Rilan to help. He came right away. He also went over and above to find us in this housing development, that is not even on the map yet. He was able to stop the water from flowing and put our minds to rest. Even though it was a Saturday night, the charge for him to come and fix our problem was very minimal. They did not take advantage of our desperation. Waaaay to go Bumble Breeze! We just moved here and will now know who to go to in the future AND will recommend your company to others in this brand new development.

Had an emergency clog and called at 6:15 in the evening and had Kenneth here by 7:15. Cannot stress how much I appreciated that quick turnaround time. Kenneth was fantastic and went above and beyond in helping unclog the clog and most importantly fine tune things so that it wouldn't happen again. Would not hesitate to use these guys again.

First off, I highly recommend joining their membership. They come out twice a year to check your AC/Heater, water heater and plumbing.

My techs were Riley and Mark. These guys are awesome. They are straight forward, no nonsense type of employees.

After speaking to Riley about the pros and cons of a tankless water heater, I finally pulled the plug and purchased a Noritz 9.8 Tankless Water Heater. They very next day (after being offered same day installation) I decided to get next day install. They were very respectful of my property and explained to me each and every part of the install from start to finish.

Because of the customer service I received today, I am officially a customer for life.

I highly recommend this company this crew.

2/20/2021 discovered Furnace Control Board had burned out in a 3.5ton York system. Like any intelligent consumer, I researched the cost of a replacement board and got parts & labor estimates from a number of providers. Bumble Breeze wanted $675 for the part that is $89 on internet and no more than $250 at local brick & mortar stores. In total they wanted $925 for part & labor (see attached Estimate/quote) when not one of the other quotes I got from established (businesses in Vegas for decades) wanted more than $500 total.

BOTTOM LINE: If you prefer to pay more than double for a less than 3 year old business over those serving Vegas for decades, hire Bumble Breeze.

P.S. They give me a free estimate and the tech was very polite.

Based off of the other great reviews I called Bumble Breeze when my heater wasn't working, Louis was on time and professional. I can tell he has been doing this for years. He took the time to show and explain why everything he was doing and why. I will be using this company again in the future if need be. Thanks Louis!

Great service, awesome team and very friendly. They answered all my questions and the work was excellent. They installed a new water softener and added UV, Carbon and scrubber to our HVAC system. The air and water quality in our house is phenomenal now and we are so happy with everything. We will use them for all future home projects.

I reached out to Bumble Breeze for an estimate. Out of all the estimates that I gathered, they came in the most expensive. They were really friendly and likable, but I'm disappointed in the honesty. They didn't get the job. You can see their estimate as opposed to another one that I got
