I had a problem with my shower faucet leaking. It was an emergency. I used this app to contact Bumble Breeze on Sunday and they came today on Tuesday. Tony came to my house this morning. I showed him the problem and he looked at it and give me an estimate how much will it it be fix it. He told me $1755.41. I told him why? He told me he needs to replace the copper pipe connector inside the shower wall to install the 1 handle shower faucet with valve. I told him can you just change the 1 handle shower faucet with valve without changing the copper pipe connector inside? Because that's way too much and I can't afford it. He told me he will do that but if the shower still leaks then we will have to do the next step which is change the copper pipe connector. So he took apart the 1 handle shower faucet. And replace it with a new 1 handle shower faucet filter. After he was done which was quick. The shower didn't leak anymore. So I payed $878.25 instead of $1755.41. I was happy I didn't have to pay too much. Thanks Tony for the help and understanding my situation.

We had our a/c break overnight and didn't realize until we got home to a hot house in the afternoon after work! My poor cats were very hot, bumble breeze quickly responded and fixed the issue same day! I'm so pleased with their service. I could have waited a few days but my cats were not able to wait another day in the heat. I'm so appreciative they responded quickly to my emergency! Thanks to the bumble breeze family and Aaron Winder who did the repair for us! I recommend them and will come back for any services in the future.

I had requested service from bumble breeze after ""fast affordable air"" screwed me over big time! (Besides the point) After Technician Devin looked thru my attic he found a problem and solution quickly. I'm thankful to find someone who isn't going to lie to me and overcharge. I was quoted at over 350 dollars more for what Devin did for about 190! I will be using them again when needed. Thanks Devin you were kind respectful and reliable.

Wesley S. is as honest and thorough as they come. Didn't beat around the bush like all the other techs I've had look at my failing a/c unit. And showed me what 3 different companies failed to fix when they were called for the same issue. He's definitely not here to take advantage. We need more techs like him in the industry.

My review is about their unprofessionalism and poor communication since I was never able to actually receive service so I can't comment on how they perform HVAC repair. I called yesterday and explained two issues to the person at BB. We have a commercial Trane unit on our building and the AC isn't working properly. I also explained that we our intake vent is 20 feet high to make sure they have the adequate ladder height in the event the vent needed to be cleaned. I figured BB would be a good outfit to use given that they service Trane units and do vent cleaning. The scheduler said no problem of course we have a 20 foot ladder and scheduled the appointment from 10-12 today. I have an employee waiting at the business from 10 until 1 pm at which point I call BB. They tell me we created the account but never made the appointment because we don't have a 20 foot ladder. Needles to say no one ever called us to tell us nor did they come out to look at the Trane unit on the roof that has east riser room access that doesn't require a ladder at all. The person i spoke with must have apologized 5 times but couldn't answer why no one gave us the courtesy of calling us. She offered to come out but I refused. If a business can't communicate professionally and treat customers properly I will take my business elsewhere.

Aaron the technician was great and efficient.
The company responded to my call promptly and got the job done within a couple hours of the call.
The downside is the company charged over $300 for a $25 capacitor which is really gouging when your house is boiling and it is 109* outside.

Bumble Breeze is an outstanding AC company. My AC went out and technician Wesley came out and had us back up and running in no time. I highly recommend him. He was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend.

My AC ""condenser""stop working Thursday night. The next day Wesley was fixing it. He change some fuses and my AC start working again.

Very honest company...he could have Find more issues ""quotation marks"" and try to charge more money but no. They just fix the problem and that was it.
